### "Easy to Use at a Great Price"

We have been with Webit for a couple of years now and are so pleased with our website. Moving our website to Webit was so easy, and the design team did such a great job not only making sure to get all the content transferred over but also gave our website a much need facelift. Our website now has a fresh, polished, and professional look and they continue to fine tune and help us put our best foot forward. We received so many compliments on how much easier it is to navigate and how great it looks.

Pros

I love that I can update our website myself. The software is easy to use and I can add, remove or update in just a few easy steps. It is easy to maintain and we are able to stay current without any delays. Everything I do displays in actual time so I know our website is always current.

Cons

I am currently using Google Docs to maintain our database... I would like an easier way to manage our members and our vendors. Being able to upload spreadsheets and store important business documents would also be a great benefit. We are a non-profit with a rotating board and having all information in one location would help in sharing information and having everything in one location.

We love it. From set up to completion, the entire experience was A++. Their customer service is fantastic.

Pros

It is extremely easy to use. We were able to go in and quickly set up multiple pages for our brand new website.

Cons

I wish there was a feature to copy pages as they are. For example, we have a page for each city in DFW. It would be nice to copy one and then just change the names.

Pros

I have no complaints about Webit. I can call \[sensitive content hidden\] for anything.

Cons

That there isn't an option for an interactive blog for your customers. And that there's no option for discount code to give to your customers to enter for a discount.

Pros

It's a website. More spam emails and estimate requests than real leads

Cons

Very little traffic to the site. Didn't add all the items I wanted to my site. No contact with me since the initial consult and the site went live. I was shown my website performance the other day and was told how poor it was

Pros

I love that I can do most of the editing and changes to our website ourselves. I find it very helpful that as soon as I call our rep. he always picks up and follows through with our requests.

Cons

I do not like the few features that are hard for the customer, us, to complete on our own.

Pros

I usually just have the account manager help with it and do not touch it in fear I will mess it up. Except this last go round, they have not returned my text/call as we found a grammar error

There is nothing that I would say it bad

Well, my business consist of security operations. I have lost of clients and visitors that come to my site daily. The team at webit made sure that my site is professional and attractive to new clients! I must say that the price is very affordable and I’ve been with them a year now!

Pros

It’s very easy to navigate and if you are not very tech savvy , there’s always someone willing to help in the customer service arena.

Cons

I don’t have a lot of complaints. Every time I had an issue, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] takes care of all my concerns! He’s great!

Because webit’s team are professional and did not make me feel like they were doing me any favors! The customer service stands out and as a start up company, I had to be sure to budget properly. Webit customer service reps made sure that I got a quality site while not breaking the bank!

Its great! I can’t speak enough about the service I’ve gotten from Webit. When I need a change it’s always a quick update with no problems.

Pros

Easy and affordable, 2 words for any business owner. Love how i can manage my site, customers and invoice right from the dashboard. When I need changes I can do them myself or if it’s something I need added the support team always comes through in a minute! I highly recommended Webit for any small business looking to save time and money.

Cons

I wish you had the ability to remove the Webit name from the footer.

What a waste of money, should’ve know by how cheap it was. I couldn’t even get help from a damn supervisor. The one I spoke to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] even cut off email communication because they had no clue what was going on.

Pros

There really wasn’t anything because support was the only folks who could make any changes.

Cons

The list is way to long to mention, I can’t stand incompetence especially when it costs me money!

it is pretty user friendly with a little knowledge of tech. they are very helpful and willing to explain how things work/how you can use the site. there customer service is very polite, knowledgeable and never seem in a hurry when helping you

Cons

our old site was very, old, and although we needed to freshen it up new technology was much more advanced so some things took a little more work and adjustment to get them to look like we wanted. the staff bent over backwards to help us

This is a good web provider for beginners or for those with simple or small websites. Good design team.

Cons

Features are very limited and there are many common things this site doesn't do. You can outgrow it quickly.
