Overall very happy. I was referred by a friend and I am glad I went with Webit. I have not utilized all features yet but I’m looking forward to diving in!

Pros

I loved the ease of deployment and the end result was absolutely beautiful. The timeline was short. Any time I’ve needed support they get things handled right away and I appreciate that.

Cons

There is Nothing I dislike about the software so far in the process.

Pros

easy to learn and use as a new user. This process was simple as pie to use.

Cons

wish corrections /updates were done faster turn arounds, especially after site goes live. should be no more than a 48-hour fix.

A Great Starting Software to help you enter the game. Cheaply priced for someone starting out. Easy to contact someone to make adjustments if your aren't tech savvy

We got too big and it's a little basic for us now. Looking for a more complex web design.

The website is basic and not very visually appealing. Customer support is short and not helpful. They report that the FB messenger add-in would not work, and did not attempt to offer an alternative. The pictures are incredibly difficult to update on a per page basis.

It is cheap. The website works for what it is

Support was helpful only when forced. I have to email and call multiple times to get a response

Pros

Not sure if the software you're asking about is something I would purchase and install. I only have Webit as my website. Should I need to add items I would normal send them an email with changes. Some changes I am now able to make on my own with the website builder menu. All seems to be going fine.

Not bad. People trying to order a custom phrase have trouble accomplishing the task because they cannot write the phrase to be included with the order. They have to send a separate email.

Pros

Appearance seemed nice and the customer service is good

Cons

Not easy to setup for a company selling product choices online and not easy coordinating with PayPal. When people write a gift note it doesn’t show up in the email I receive and if they want there purchase sent to another location the State does not appear.

I used webit for SEO services. I don't see any change. Seems like I'm just giving away $50 a month. This is my 5th month with webit and haven't seen any change. The free months that they give you at the beginning, I didn't get because couldn't find out who my site was listed with. Will be canceling next month. Doesn't mean I won't be back.

Pretty good

Pros

Inexpensive, easy to use website. Can add virtually anything to it. Doesn't lag or work slow.

Cons

Cost is low but every month. You can't buy out the website only the domain. Sometimes they don't keep you in the loop on updates.
