Quite amazing really. Our rep is great at flow up and checking to make sure our needs are met.

Pros

I appreciate the follow ups quick turnaround and ease of reaching someone I can speak with about our goals online and ability to design a site our customers can easily use.

Cons

We really had no cons currently. They are able to adapt to meet our needs.

we were able to launch our website in a timely fashion and were live even wile doing edits which was very important for our business.

Pros

very easy to use and the ability for us to be able to do our own edits is a time saving plus. customer service has been great. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] did a great job capturing our idea and implementing it.

Cons

a little more communication when edits are requested.

at time when choice was made to go with webit, time was of the essence. webit came through on all of our expectations.

works out well for us. We are only using it as an estimate and invoice software for now but works great.

Cons

Phone app dosnt work very well and I usuhave to go on the website on our mobile devices when in the feild for invoicing.

\[sensitive content hidden\] contacted us about updating our website, we have a connection with his father being a retired member, it just happened to be that we were actively planning to update our website at that time. Everything regarding the process went smoothly, from the initial sales pitch to the end result. The process was timely, and pricing is very competitive. Our site is more user friendly and visible; we have seen tangible results since the turnover.

This company is awesome. The customer service & support I receive is beyond great. They listen to your needs and concerns and do try to help to the best of their ability.

Pros

The system is very easy to use. I am able to add my products and prices just by reading the title on the tabs.

Cons

My least likely thing is not being able to integrate with certain third party payment merchants. They did advise me that it may be something that could be implemented in the future.

I had spoken woth a representative a few years back and remember how great he was.
