It truly has been great, zero complaints.

Pros

I like that its easy to have edits made. And the inquiries come straight to my phone.

Cons

So far I like everything. Now I do feel that square space was easier for me personally to sit down and it my own site.

Overall, I would say I'm marginally satisfied.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with the employees at webit. They brought talent and value to my website design.

Cons

Webit compared to a professional website that costs $1000+ reaches a limit where they are no longer unique. If webit could develop another tier of websites it would be nice to have a premium website.

Overall my experience has been positive, so much so that we have now used them for 2 different company websites.

Pros

It is very easy to use and if you do not have a lot of web knowledge their customer support is only a call away.

Cons

There are times that you have to look a little bit for what it is that you are wanting to make changes to, but nothing overly complicated.

Price and customer service...they were willing to talk me through everything and answer all questions before I ever spent a dime.

Positive experience. We were looking for a website quickly in preparation for a big conference and we are more than happy with the website and Webit.

Pros

Ease of use was the most important benefit for our small nonprofit. Also being able to get support whenever we needed it from Tops Nexus or webit was great for us.

Cons

There is a feature that we would like to have but Tops Nexus is helping us find a solution that will work.

Great customer service with fast overall responses via email

Pros

I love the WebIT website platform because as a busy company with not enough staff or education to add an employee just for web services, it is easy to use and easy to update with the communication from the staff.

Cons

I have been told that it isn't mobile friendly as well as updates do take a little planning as they are not the fastest with updates when sending them via email

From the designing phase until completion every team member has been phenomenal to work with. Customer service is amazing, patient, and willing to assist with any customer need.

Pros

The website is very easy to navigate and changes can be made users easily.

I have loved everything about the software thus far.

Support team are very nice to deal with.

Pros

The same thing you like the most can be what you like the least. Want more freedom but then on the other hand it is nice to have some of the structure already done.

Cons

Yes, want to change the heading more but it takes having to use your support team. We all know that when designing, you want to tweak things and look at it and then make changes as you design. You want to go back and forth. Very difficult when going back and forth with another person.
