Not what I would consider an attraction to future staff Pros The timeline.. knowing what you have coming, and where each property sits in its process.. clear and easy... No guessing where each property is sitting Cons Being able to speak to someone, we have had a year of teething issues and still going, but so many things we have had to find overrides for as so many processes are not easy.. Getting help through the standard email process then being asked for screen shots time and time again has been frustrating..As a company starting out after great CRM's we have had to teeth through so many issues and had no dedicated person to speak to for answers, so every hurdle has been exactly that, a huge hurdle..Photos don't upload in the order you enter them in so require reordering, also take a lower quality than others, so gives issues on some of the portals.Lack of screen space when working, lots of wasted space, so working with smaller text size than normal...A lot of user options not as friendly as what we have been used to. Very user friendly and easy to click through to show more information. The home dashboard is a great summary of income and goals. Prospecting tools that are integrated work fantastic, save a lot of time. Running reports is so easy with great filters available Cons When entering contacts it takes a while to register there is a duplicate. Would be great if there was more sun text available in the preview panel when looking at listings and enquiry.
