We wanted a simple way to give everyone one email address that they could send an email to that would then deliver the message to every Board member. This helped prevent having people type in 16-20 emails per message and having entry errors (or just leaving someone off the list) Pros Very easy to set up Reliable email delivery Simple to manage Customer service - just incredible Cons I can't really complain, we used a free version. It doesn't let you change the list of names/emails once you set it up. But, I emailed the customer support line and they were very kind to help out even though we were on the free tier. It's cool how it can be used for a wide range of promotions and advertising, or tactically for alerts and important information. Pros It's extremely intuitive, and very straightforward. It makes blasting thousands of people across our many properties a breeze. Cons It can be pretty slow (and sometimes even crash) when trying to do multiple email blasts rapidly. A solution for this could be to either stagger multiple blasts so they aren't trying to send over top of each other with a set delay on the user OR by introduce a schedule blast option where the user can dictate manually what time/date a blast goes out through the system to prevent overlap. Pros It was easy to move my contact list and start sending out my monthly mail outs. It does all the CASL and GDRPS optimisation so no need to worry about not meeting any privacy requirements for Canada or Europe. Cons Simplified features - it's stand alone software that doesn't interact with my CRM.
