It is easy to use and I like it in many of the features Cons There are several features that I would like to have when using the system: Patient ID to appear in the summary volunteer page, text messages to have capacity for more words, be able to communicate with patients through emails and not only through SMS. problems with " complete" visit to appears when we complete and save one, once a task is completed, only can be closed for the person who opened, that waste time in the process. I am very impressed with the communication I have with my patients through email or SMS on eClinpro. I also like the fact that we can electronically sign any documents needed. Cons I feel that eClinpro can improve on giving more space in entering progress notes and not delete anything that has been worked on. Also, the task feature could use some improvement, when a task is done it should clear out rather than still staying pending.
