Pros Ease of use and how to correct issues, training modes provided to assist with most issues and how to use the system. It has made our research much easier. Pros Accessibility, easy to use, streamlining, organized. Over the years they continue to release new versions that exceed expectations. Cons Sometimes the Captcha does not work properly but I do not believe that is an issue they can fix. Other than that I can not think of anything else. The customer service is impeccable. They are very responsive. The audit trails for data inputting and certification for documents is key for our industry, which are both features that eClinPro provides. Cons Generating new CRFs can be quite tedious, especially when trying to match the EDC. I do not need the scheduling capabilities for our subjects, however there is no way to avoid using that on eClinPro. I would like to be able to enter a new subject from enrollment instead of creating a volunteer, scheduling them for a screening visit, etc. Review Source Response from eClinPro August 23, 2023 Hi Alexandra, I really appreciate your feedback You should try the quick enrollment process to be able to add a subject in one step. You are correct saying the CRFs config. process is quite tedious. Cons Ease of use is not great. There should be an option to assign a signature to a private investigator so they can login and easily sign off on things. The "task option" isn't great. Also find the fact that you have to enter pin to sign off to be excessive when I am already logged in with my password. Patient reminders is one of the great automated processes we have however the SMS channel is still not an option right now for Bulgaria.
