Ha sido bastante agradable, tiene más pros que contras. estoy satisfecho con la relación con Ingressio.

Pros

Es fácil de comprender y de usar, tiene toda la información que necesitas para todo tipo de eventualidades con los empleados. Lo que mas me gusta es la opción de monitor de checadas, te da todos los accesos en tiempo real.

Cons

En los reportes rápidos no puedes generar un reporte de todos los empledos, tiene un límite.

Porqué la información la puedes guardar en la nube y ya no necesitamos la instalación de un servidor específico para los accesos, adicional Ingressio se va actualizando de manera interna y nosotros como clientes no debemos realizar otros temas adicionales.

Es una herramienta muy completa para ser justos con nuestros empleados.

Pros

La exactitud que brinda Ingressio en sus reportes y facilidad con la que se puede adaptar el sistema a nuestras necesidades, hace que Ingressio se un gran aliado en nuestra organización para ser justos con nuestros empleados.

Cons

Me gustaría que adaptaran el software para que las licencias de Montum podieramos utilizar los lectores de huellas que traen ahora ya los smartphone para que se complementen y sea este, una excelente herramienta para todos sus clientes.

Debido al ahorro de tiempo que nos proporciona el usar el software Ingressio en la nube y nos permite enfocarnos a otros temas de Recursos Humanos

Pros

El producto nos ha ayudado a reducir tiempos de administración de asistencia de todo el personal, es fácil de usar cuando ya esta todo implementado. Tiene una excelente relación costo-beneficio ya que te da muchas soluciones para no solo la administración de asistencia ya que incluye gestión de documentos del colaborador

Cons

Debido a que llevamos más de 4 años con el software, luego hemos tenido problemas con el servició ya que no carga de inmediato la información debido a la mucha información que ya se ha cargado.

Durante los años que llevamos este sistema nos ha ayudado a tener un control sobre la entradas y salidas del personal, conforme fue pasando el tiempo y con base en estos reportes hemos creado una cultura de responsabilidad entre los colaboradores, y nos ha llevado a tener un índice muy bajo de retardos.

Pros

Es muy amigable con los usuarios, en solo una sesión las personas involucradas pueden obtener los reportes requeridos.

Cons

Realmente desde que adquirimos el producto teníamos definida la utilidad del mismo, por lo que no tenemos ningún comentario en contra del mismo.

Porque los otros exigen compra de producto en paquete con funciones que no nos son útiles debido a la naturaleza de nuestra empresa.

En general buen sistema, las configuraciones son de nivel medio.

Pros

Sincroniza la información de los registros en tiempo real, realiza los procesos de justificaciones por medio de aplicaciones.

Cons

Algo lento al realizar los procesos, en un sentido de que tarda en cargar la información en 4 de cada 10 veces.
