Pros Es un sistema muy completo que incluso ya puedes vincularlo a WhatsApp y eso facilita demasiado el proceso y lo hace más eficiente. Cons En mi experiencia, pienso que los de Help desk les falta un poco más capacitación. Ya que normalmente me terminan pasando con consultores. Es fácil y práctico. Desde cotizar al cliente, facturar, tener inventarios, llevar cuentas por cobrar y pagar. El trato con los asesores muy bien. Todos los módulos son de gran ayuda para llevar una administración perfecta. Pros Alpha Erp tiene todos los módulos necesarios para una correcta administración empresarial. Es muy fácil de entender, y con muchos reportes útiles administrativos y de producción. Cons No le encuentro ninguna desventaja de peso. Lo único sería que cambiar los formatos debe de ser por medio de un asesor sin embargo también entiendo que un error de usuario puede ocasionar un problema mayor. Pros Que el sistema es muy intuitivo para su uso, fácil de entender, da mucha información, las asesorías y el apoyo al usuario son muy buenas, el sistema es robusto, sencillo, confiable y de bajo costo para las pequeñas y medianas empresas. Cons No le he encontrado algo en lo que no nos pueda resolver los problemas de la operación, con la asesoría adecuada puedes hacer cualquier cosa en el sistema.
