There are also clear images of all types of plugs including correct wiring for UK type plugs. However, all feedback is welcome and thank you for your efforts in leaving this. This system was very easy to set up and the support from the ClickHSE team has been second to non. Pros As we have eleven sites it makes the management of training very easy to set up and manage. It is very easy to get all of our operatives registered and very easy for me as the administrator to structure the training per team rather than take a blanket approach. The feedback I have received from the board of Directors is very positive regarding the content and layout of the management platform. The feedback from operatives has been the content of the training modules is excellent and very easy to use. The reports help me to prepare for site visits and in my internal audit procedures. Cons Feedback from several managers is it is possible to skip through the training modules and take a chance on answering the questions. Appearance is great also. Very happy with this product and a lot of credit should be given to the guys at AT&F for the creation and rollout of this. Pros ClickHSE is set up to be used autonomously, allowing our workforce to monitor their own training compliance. Modules continue to be appropriate for use within our sector, allowing staff to undertake mandated accredited CPD for their roles. Cons I'm yet to find a feature within ClickHSE that doesn't work as I would expect or want. That being said, I'm aware we don't make full use of it's capability. Pros Being able to look at reports for individual departments and also limiting access to other managers so they can manage each individual department. It seems to me a very user friendly portal to use has the administrator. Cons Auto adding the courses if this could be done by selecting all the courses instead of entering them all one by one. The customer service was fantastic and Oli took the time to teach me the admin function - not that I needed much teaching as the platform is intuitive and seamless to use. Pros So intuitive to use, both as an administrator and as a user. Amazing dashboard facility to monitor staff usage and results. Excellent quality CPD courses and exceptional customer service over the phone. What more could you ask for! The price was also very reasonable considering we now have the full library at our disposal. Because of this, we can now offer more training than we originally intended. Cons We haven't yet found anything we don't like. Pros Easy to record safety training of all staff and train at times that are suitable for the business and the individual.
