Mi experiencia con Buk ha sido muy positiva. Buk ha transformado la forma en que gestionamos los procesos de RR. HH. al integrar en un solo lugar nómina, asistencia, capacitaciones y más, lo que ha simplificado enormemente nuestro flujo de trabajo. A través de esta plataforma hemos ganado claridad, eficiencia y mayor control sobre nuestras acciones de gestión humana. Si bien al inicio fue necesario invertir tiempo en la implementación y capacitación, el resultado ha sido una herramienta que aporta valor real y hace más fácil nuestra labor diaria.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de Buk es su capacidad para centralizar y automatizar múltiples procesos de recursos humanos en una sola plataforma, lo que permite ahorrar tiempo en tareas operativas y enfocarnos en lo que realmente importa: el desarrollo del equipo y la experiencia del colaborador. La interfaz es intuitiva y facilita el uso incluso para quienes no tienen experiencia previa en software de RR. HH. Además, el soporte y atención al cliente han sido muy cercanos y eficientes, haciendo que el proceso de adopción sea mucho más ágil y claro.

Cons

Algo que podría mejorar es la curva de aprendizaje inicial y ciertos aspectos de configuración avanzada, ya que algunas funciones pueden parecer complejas al principio. También he notado que algunos perfiles de usuario tienen permisos limitados, lo que puede restringir un poco la flexibilidad para delegar tareas específicas.

Es una plataforma que permite integrar diferentes procesos en un solo módulo, reduciendo el margen de error gracias a la sincronización de la información y generando un ahorro significativo de tiempo.

Cons

Presenta limitaciones en los biométricos que pueden sincronizarse, tanto en los equipos compatibles como en los datos que se pueden integrar.

En general, me parece una plataforma excelente. Nos ayudará a materializar nuestra estrategia de Capital Humano.

Pros

Es una plataforma que facilita mucho la gestión de personal, tuvimos la oportunidad de implementar su módulo de LMS y la gamificación nos ayudará a la estrategia de capacitación.

Cons

Que no te permite detallar los permisos en algunos perfiles, nosotros quisimos crear un perfil de administrador Jr, pero al final no pudimos porque no puedes delimitar permisos para este tipo de perfiles; es decir, que administren pero que no tengan visibilidad de toda la información (ejem: sueldos)

La realización y entrega de evaluaciones es más clara y rápida para la mejor del personal y la creación en la plataforma de cursos es muy fácil y muy didáctica.

Pros

Te permite organizar y gestionar tu organización de manera profesional y creando una sistematización de todos tus procesos y organizar y evaluar Todo el personal.

Cons

No se pueden combinar área o subáreas y en el caso de las escuelas tenemos personal en 2 o 3 subáreas.

La facilidad con la que te muestra la información y todo el universo de mis herramientas en Recursos Humanos.

Considero que en ocasiones podrían eficientarsd los procesos con menos layouts, aunque comprendo que es parte de la sistematización.

Pros

Me gusta que facilita la visualización de la información de los colaboradores y me evita estar migrando de archivos en archivos para brindar y visualizar la info que necesito.

Cons

En algunos campos considero que podrían ser menos layouts, pero se entiende que es el proceso de sistematización.

Ha sido buena, se retrabaja menos, tiene el modulo de la nomina integrado lo cual hace una gestion mas optima.

Pros

Que optimiza un poco mas el trabajo, tiene incluida la nomina, se publican en automatico los cumpleaños.

Cons

La plataforma se alenta un poco y no tiene reportes basicos determinados, la platadorma de la asistencia esta en otro modulo.

La atención desde el primer día que contacte con ellos, hasta el día de implementación me facilitaron información y disiparon las dudas sobre los módulos de mi interés para optimizar tiempos y una buena administración de los recursos humanos. En mi experiencia en la implementación es personalizada, guiada y bien acompañada por el equipo de asignado de Buk,

Pros

Para quienes no tienen mucha experiencia en software de RR. HH. es muy fácil de usar, una gran plataforma amigable en gestión de personal.

Cons

Estamos en la implementación con el módulo de asistencia o control de incidencias y no tengo comentarios sobre lo que no me gusto, debido a que todo este tiempo de implementación mi experiencia ha sido agradable y sobre todo hemos estado apoyadas en todo el proceso.

Muy buena creo que lo principal para recomendar a BUK es el trato que tiene con los clientes siempre es respetuoso y te ayudan en todo momento

Pros

Lo dinámica que puede ser la herramienta y que conecta con la gente no es una herramienta para RH es una herramienta que conecta con lo que los directivos quieren comunicar y los empleados estén enterados en tiempo y forma

Cons

Todo es por chat o por Herramientas digitales el contacto con la persona que está en la línea o atrás del teclado se vuelve fría.

La interfaz, agilizar procesos, además de ser intuitiva, llevar mejor organización de los colaboradores y conocer a \[contenido sensible oculto\]!

Los procesos son complejos, demasiados formatos, poder integrar los archivos sin generarlos nuevamente y poco tiempo para la implementación
