The overall experience has been positive. HealthArc allowed us to get up and running & generate additional revenue through Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) very quickly.

Pros

The value and ease of use are the best parts about HealthArc. We were able to begin using the system within a couple of weeks.

Cons

Some features still need to be built out a little more. But, overall, the software does what we need it to do.

Pros

Its platform is senior friendly, very compliant, easy interactive communication and smooth transition from traditional to remote monitoring. Their medical devices are also very efficient and FDA approved.

Cons

Nothing specific. They’re still new in the market, but have been constantly upgrading their software based on user experiences and needs.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to use the software. The learning curve is practically 5 minutes and makes our job so easy with the exceptional customer support that they offer.

Cons

I recalled them from an initial cold call that one of their executives made and it was tough to find them on the web but once we did... it was definitely worth the effort.

My overall experience has been great. Customer support is very easy to get in touch with and speak to and everything is going very well.

Pros

I love that it’s very fast and very user friendly. Speed is a big thing for me as other platforms I have used unfortunately lag and it just hurts my performance during the day.

There’s honestly nothing I don’t like about the software so far. Everything looks great!
