It has a auto detect feature which automatically figure out whether screen is in use or idle. Its really helpful for monitoring employees in real time and even for managing their attendance & working hours. The initial setup is also very easy and it silently runs in background with any disturbance. Pros I love how it simplifies team monitoring, It tracks when employees are working or not. Even if am not watching live screen of my employees, it captures regular screenshots of employee's screen. It really helps in recording attendance-login and logout times. It even provides daily, weekly and monthly reports and best part is reports can be exported to excel directly. Realy WORTHY TOOL !!!!! Pros Pros, -they offer 3 accounts for free. -their support answers quite fast. Cons Cons,Hours are different than in reality.when our employee would start at 3 pm his shift, it would show as if he started one day before in the calendar week so we couldn't really understand when was the real-time of monitoring.The daily reports would arrive with the complete discrepancy in details, of names of agents, hours of work, idle and break time.i could go on and on, but you get it, the most important thing about this tools is that you can trust at least the time and the action of the person your monitoring. It helped me monitor the remote workers, increase their productivity, and avoid unnecessary arguments. Pros FocusRO is user-friendly and easy to set up. Its detailed reports and real-time tracking features are excellent. The most important thing was 3 free accounts which allowed me to see the functionality myself. Cons Some new employees could not log in to the software using the details sent with the invitation. However, the problem was resolved after setting the password.
