We've moved to a better budgeting process, where it's easier for each department to follow our budgeting guidelines. Pros The tools for making our budget helps streamline the budgeting process and makes following our financial outcome vs our budget easier. Cons We use Konstrukt mostly to make our budget. And since most users only make the budget once per year it's often time consuming initially, when we re-familiarize ourselves with the tools. Lack of more refined planning functionalities such as "Decrease average salary by 1% for all cost centers for September-December", these would greatly save time when needing to handle hundreds of cost centers.
