Excelente plataforma administrativa, he sido usuario desde el año 2006.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, cumplimiento con las autoridades fiscales y relación costo - beneficio.

Cons

No se cuenta con Herramientas incluidas tipo BI, dashboards o minería de datos.

En general mi experiencia ha sido positiva, avanzamos mucho en comparación de lo que teniamos antes.

Pros

El estudio minusioso previo a la implementación fue crucial en el arranque. El desarrollo de descuento financiero disminuyó horas hombres de trabajo. El control de accesos aumenta la seguridad para que el.usuario no sea juez y parte, la facturacion es amigable. La facturación masiva y envío mensual de los estados de cuenta hace una confirmación de de saldos permaente dismuniyendo puntos de auditoria. La flexibilidad para adaptar a las necesidades propias a nuestra organizaxión nos ha permitido hacer el trabajo mas facil. Full recomendado.

Cons

Se qie tiene mas funciones, aunque no la hayamos pedido deberia de dejarlas puestas ahi.

La forma en que nos explicaron el llenado de Layouts, falto mucha información para comprender el uso de la información.

Pros

Lo elegimos por tener la facilidad para el sector inmobiliario de manejar los contratos de alquiler en el sistema con todas sus modalidades y generar las facturas automáticamente. Adicional, maneja presupuesto y por lo que mantenemos un control mensual del mismo.

Cons

Hay que conocer muy bien cómo funciona el sistema para poder definir los objetivos de implementaciones nuevas que se quieran realizar y no caer en costos adicionales. En cuanto al módulo de activo fijo, al momento que un activo es descartado o vendido, el mismo no sale del auxiliar (reporte) automáticamente.

Podemos llevar un mejor control del FLujo de Caja y de manera mas eficiente.

Pros

La facilidad de tener todos los procesos integrados nos ayuda a tener un mejor control de la informacion y flujo de caja

Cons

La unica limitante es que no hemos podido integrar el ERP con nuestro sistema de Examenes llamado Enterprise. Una vez se pueda lograr esto se automatizarian mas nuestros procesos.

Ha sido una grata experiencia, desde conocer el ERP hasta implementarlo con los distintos clientes con los que hemos estado, logrando así casos de éxito y una satisfacción tanto de operación, cómo contable, administrativa y fiscal con los clientes.

Pros

Nos ha gustado el Software Intelisis ERP, porque a través de 16 años que tenemos conociendolo y sus cambios, estos últimos han sido los mejores desde el perfoormance, hasta la parte de los gráficos en los cubos, es un EP muy noble, se adapta las necesidades de cualquier giro de negocio, realmente los procesos son muy amigables y fáciles de entender, la parte financiera esta bien, siempre y cuando las empresas realmente sigan sus lineamientos administrativos, contables y fiscales.

Cons

Lo que menos me agrada es que como implementados noes hemos encontrado con un bug dentro de las versiones que no se ha podido corregir, sería ideal que dentro del ERP pusieran si no todas las razones financieras, si las má importantes y las que más usan los clientes.

excelente ERP, donde se esta a la vanguardia de las necesidades fiscales, tecnológicas, comerciales, administrativas, etc.

flexibilidad, vanguardista, se adapta a diferentes giros comerciales

Cons

el reporteador se puede mejorar, el módulo fiscal se debe mejorar aunque es muy cambiante la regulación gubernamental.

El ERP es bueno en calidad precio en comparacion a otros ERP ejemplo el SAP, falta mas asistente ejecutivos para consultoría. Somos muchos clientes y ha pocos consultores

El reporteador de Intelisis y lo facil que es armarlos, lo difícil es cuando tienes que cruzar varias tablas y en ocasiones las tablas están encriptadas, también debes tomar el curso de reporteadores de básico -avanzado, para despejar dudas .

Cons

Cuando hay implementaciones nuevas o actualizaciones es normal que tenga uno muchos errores ya que las actualizaciones fiscales tardan en segmentar bien la información que requiere el SAT.
