Graphs or crosstabs can be generated and downloaded in just one click and are handy to have around for presentations or just to compare progress. Cons There is not a lot to say about Tableau that is negative. There has been only one time where Tableau and an internal program we use were not communicating to each other properly, but the dev team quickly sorted out the issue and there hasn't been an issue since!
