Admittedly, I came across 'Offorte' by chance and I am grateful for that day, having previously used other competing services. "I’ve been using 'Offorte' services for several years now, and more than one of our clients has told us they have never received a professional quote like the one they received from us."

Pros

EASE OF USE / DOCUMENT SIGNING One key aspect of Offorte is the proposal tracking, allowing us to monitor client engagement on our sent quotes."

Cons

When browsing on a smartphone, descriptions/articles do not format properly. Fonts, colors, etc., often seem to malfunction, unless I fully understand the various features."

Nothing I have encountered with offerte so far has been negative.

Sinds 2021 werken we met veel plezier met Offorte. In het Offorte programma hebben we diverse sjablonen voor de diverse doelgroepen gemaakt. De foto’s en tekst zijn eenvoudig per offerte aan te passen naar een maatwerk offerte, waardoor de klant een perfect beeld krijgt van de mogelijkheden. De reacties op de offertes zijn dan ook vaak erg positief. Ook de automatisch in te stellen reminders en het vragen kunnen stellen of akkoord geven door klanten helpt om sneller respons te krijgen. Kortom, we zijn zeer tevreden gebruikers!

Pros

Het sturen van offertes via Offorte maakt dat onze tijd voor het versturen en follow up op offertes veel efficienter kan worden ingezet.

Cons

In het begin kostte het wat tijd om het programma te leren gebruiken

Prettige software met snelle support. Ga zo door

Offorte biedt een superfijne en makkelijke omgeving waarin het mogelijk is om snel tekst of andere blokken in en uit te wisselen, zodat je met hoge snelheid professionele en mooie offertes op maat kunt maken voor klanten.

Offorte is zeer intuïtief en eenvoudig te gebruiken. Zowel nieuwe medewerkers als ervaren collega’s vinden snel hun weg in het systeem. De interface is overzichtelijk, waardoor je zonder lange leercurve direct aan de slag kunt. Dit bespaart ons tijd, die we weer kunnen besteden aan waar we écht goed in zijn: het ontzorgen van onze klanten. Professionele uitstraling Wat vooral opvalt, is de professionele look van de offertes. Dankzij de aanpasbare templates kunnen we onze huisstijl moeiteloos integreren. Dit zorgt voor een uniforme en verzorgde uitstraling richting onze klanten, wat bijdraagt aan het vertrouwen in onze dienstverlening. Efficiëntie en automatisering Offorte helpt ons om efficiënter te werken. Het automatiseren van standaard teksten en prijsberekeningen scheelt ons veel handmatig werk. Bovendien kunnen we eenvoudig eerdere offertes dupliceren en aanpassen, wat ideaal is bij soortgelijke projecten zoals ontruimingen. Duidelijke communicatie Een groot pluspunt is de mogelijkheid om offertes digitaal te versturen en de status ervan te volgen. We zien direct wanneer een klant de offerte heeft geopend, wat ons helpt bij het plannen van vervolgacties. Ook het digitaal laten ondertekenen versnelt het proces aanzienlijk.

Pros

Bij Levarus werken we dagelijks aan het ontzorgen van onze klanten door middel van woning- en bedrijfsontruimingen, waarbij heldere en professionele offertes essentieel zijn. Sinds we gebruikmaken van Offorte, is ons offerteproces aanzienlijk verbeterd. Dit systeem biedt precies de flexibiliteit en efficiëntie die we nodig hebben.

Door in offorte gemakkelijk mijn schrijfstijl en eigen fotografie goed te kunnen toepassen wordt ook dit gedeelte in de salesfunnel precies zoals ik het voor ogen heb: Lekker direct en heel persoonlijk. Blijkbaar scoort dit goed, want ons conversiepercentage schiet er ook mee omhoog.

Pros

Offorte is echt top! Het belangrijkste voor mij is persoonlijkheid uitstralen binnen de brei van jargon en algemene professionele dienstverlening in Nederland.

Cons

Het kost wat tijd om de offertes in te richten, wat natuurlijk logisch is.

Je kunt er zoveel mee! Zowel tekst, foto's als pagina's helemal te personaliseren.

Very good software, price competitive with other solutions

Pros

Online proposals that are looking great and are easy to update and sign by the clients.

Cons

More advanced features not available, no way of getting letters of engagement included in the proposal.

Pros

Ik vond het opzetten van de offerte templates een erg leuk proces, de interface is makkelijk te gebruiken waardoor alles wat soepeler gaat. Het contactbeheer is ook goed geregeld.

Cons

Je mist toch soms een paar kleine functies, helaas doet Offorte niet aan direct maatwerk. Je wensen worden op een wishlist gezet. Voor de prijs van Offorte is het ook wel logisch dat ze geen maatwerk doen, omdat ze aan de goedkope kant zijn.

I can highly recommend Offorte to any business that sends out quotes for homogeneous products or services with a somewhat higher sales value.

Pros

Offorte helps immensely to send easily customizable quotations to my customers that look very professional with our own corporate identity throughout and furthermore with photos and tables. Just add your client data, add your price, skipp through the quotation to make minor adjustments and send. Csutomers support (if you need that at all) is very quick and friendly with always the correct help.

Cons

There is not a single item that comes to mind that I could describe as a con.
