Very good software, price competitive with other solutions.
It is very easy to desing your own style for Offorte and integrate it within the current customer journey. It looks way better and appealing towards your clients than a old-skool pdf document.
Cons
The default templates aren't as effective as my own and it's a bummer that I had to upgrade for all the extra API and automation features.
It's a little bit difficult to modify templates when you want to make major changes.

"Very satisfied with Offorte tool"
Overall: I can highly recommend Offorte to any business that sends out quotes for homogeneous products or services with a somewhat higher sales value.
Pros: Offorte helps immensely to send easily customizable quotations to my customers that look very professional with our own corporate identity throughout and furthermore with photos and tables. Just add your client data, add your price, skipp through the quotation to make minor adjustments and send. Csutomers support (if you need that at all) is very quick and friendly with always the correct help.
Cons: There is not a single item that comes to mind that I could describe as a con.

"One of the best proposal tools"
Pros: I like the flexibility of the design-flow. There are a lot of settings that you can use in the template designer. I tried a lot of other tools like Pandadoc and Proposify by these tools don't offer the flexibility that Offore has.I also like the automations to email leads on specific document statusses (open, close / read / not read). This makes following up proposals a breeze.The price is okay and you can even use a custom domain / custom from email. Nice!
Cons: The media upload works okay but there should definately be more sort / filtering options. Especially when you have a lot of media in your library.

Pros: Love all the dynamic features, the overall presentability and power of this tool. All my customers feel like they are working with a professional and sophisticated agency because we use software like this and put effort and time in our proposals.

Pros: The Software is really easy and good to build offers for Customers. With simple stepps, you can easy create offers and send it to customers
Cons: The Language of the Software is in englisch and in netherlands but there is no option for multilangue settings.

Cons: As there are so many different possibilities within the software, I sometimes need to look really thorough through the software to make specific changes. Yet, customer support always answers reallly fast and helps you if you are stuck.

Cons: In the future a simple help-guide to get you started would be great, with an explanation how the set-up works. Only the video isn't enough to understand the logic behind it.

Overall: In de standenbouw-sector is een offerte veel meer dan een beetje een opsomming van teksten en cijfertjes.We moeten ontwerptekeningen bezorgen, grondplan, eventueel info geven over producten en accessoires, Foto's toevoegen... en je moet een klant overtuigen en vertrouwen geven om met u in zee te gaan. Hoe professioneler de offerte er dus uit ziet hoe beter.Met Offorte kan dit allemaal volledig in uw eigen huisstijl en in zeer korte tijd. Een aanrader!
Pros: Met Offorte kunt u zeer snel zeer uitgebreide en gedocumenteerde offertes maken en digitaal bezorgen aan uw klanten. Het feit dat u ook nadien kunt zien en opvolgen hoeveel en wanneer uw klant deze offerte bekijkt maakt het extra interessant!
Cons: Je moet er wel wat tijd en energie in steken om alles op te starten maar met de uitgebreide demo-filmpjes en de zeer goede support is dat zeker te doen. Eens alles klaar is is het een plezier om mee te werken!In een paar minuten maakt u de meest professionele offertes. Ook de klanten zijn telkens verrast van de uitstraling van de offertes en is het een gemak om een opdracht binnen te halen!

"6 maanden Offorte"
Pros: Ik vond het opzetten van de offerte templates een erg leuk proces, de interface is makkelijk te gebruiken waardoor alles wat soepeler gaat. Het contactbeheer is ook goed geregeld.
Cons: Je mist toch soms een paar kleine functies, helaas doet Offorte niet aan direct maatwerk. Je wensen worden op een wishlist gezet. Voor de prijs van Offorte is het ook wel logisch dat ze geen maatwerk doen, omdat ze aan de goedkope kant zijn.

Pros: Offorte is een echte aanwinst in ons bedrijf. We verkopen technische producten. Vroeger ging er heel veel tijd verloren aan het maken van klant specifieke offertes. Het neemt wat tijd om de gegevens in te brengen in Offorte maar eens je dat gedaan hebt besef je maar al te goed dat Offorte de goede keuze was. Je hebt dan wel geen telefonische contactmogelijkheden met Offorte anderzijds is de respons op emails per direct en wordt het probleem opgelost.
Cons: De integratie met andere applicaties ligt lastiger. Je hebt dan wel de de de Zapier enzovoort maar daar is de ondersteuning onvoldoende. Dit regel je niet met een email. Zelf ben ik 57 en weet wel wat van computers maar zo ver reikt men verstand niet. We gebruiken Adsolut als CRM en boekhoudprogramma en die link kan ik niet maken.

Overall: Mijn commerciële collega's zijn dolgelukkig met de komst van Offorte. Tuurlijk komen we wel eens wat dingetjes tegen, maar daar verzinnen we dan een workaround voor en is het relatief snel opgelost. Ook onze klanten zijn blij verrast door deze manier van offreren. We hebben echt een enorme slag in onze uitstraling gemaakt. Een voorbeeld van een reactie van een klant: ''Complimenten voor de manier van offreren, ziet er gelikt uit en werkt prima. Alleen de manier van tekenen is nog een beetje houtje touwtje, maar dat zal vast in de toekomst anders worden.''
Pros: Offorte is super gebruiksvriendelijk, hierdoor vind je snel je weg.
Cons: Geen interne fiatteringsroute beschikbaar

"Professionele offertes"
Pros: Je kan veel interactieve informatie meegeven met de offerte, zoals filmpjes / artikels / ... Daarnaast kan je ook perfect opvolgen wat er met de offerte gebeurt. Sinds kort gebruiken we ook de automation, zodat de ontvanger van de offerte regelmatig een mail krijgt om te herinneren dat de offerte nog loopt.
Cons: Graag hadden wij de mails die verstuurd worden uit offerte nog wat meer kunnen personaliseren. Dit is nu zeer beperkt.

"Gebruiksvriendelijk en heel mooi design"
Pros: Bij aankoop van Offorte heb je een eigen subdomein wat heel makkelijk is zodat je steeds je offertes kan bekijken, bewerken, versturen, ... Er zijn heel mooie sjablonen en de offertes zien er heel professioneel uit. Je kan de gemaakte offertes ook makkelijk opvolgen in de tool. Zeker een aanrader!
Cons: Tot nu toe heb ik nog geen echte nadelen gevonden voor mijn bedrijf.

Pros: Tool is vriendelijk in gebruik. Veel verschillende templates en support is goed.
Cons: Kan wat vriendelijker in gebruik, zo heb je templates die je kunt instellen maar ook centrale vormgeving opslaan. Dit kan wij mij betreft wat eenvoudiger. Daarbij mis ik versiebeheer

Pros: De uitstraling is perfect en de klanten zijn enthousiast. Alles beter als een PDF document.

"Never going back to Word proposals"
Overall: It saves me time, but moreover the presentation is next level and the notification system: awsome!
Pros: At first it took me some time, but yes, it always does when I start something new. I am from 'the Word/pdf generation' ... After setting the company logo and colors, I immediately created an About us page and my enthusiasm grew by the minute. I profit from it every time, for example in assignments.
Cons: The preparation. If I could chose for a ready to go deal, I would have done so immediately.
