Trabajar con TheEye ha sido una experiencia sumamente positiva. Desde el levantamiento de proyectos, hasta el desarrollo y expansión de los mismos. El acompañamiento que brindan a todo nivel, sin duda marca la diferencia. El equipo es sumamente capaz y transmiten mucha formalidad, flexibilidad y deseo de trabajar en conjunto.

Pros

Levantamiento formal y detallado de los procesos Facilidad de comunicación Plataforma fácil de utilizar y comprender Soluciones propuestas Acompañamiento en todo el proceso Seguimiento Propuestas económicas accesibles que motivan a querer seguir trabajando con ellos.

Cons

No poder estar en el mismo país y de pronto perderse la oportunidad que las soluciones avancen más rápido.

The Eye es una opción que abarca alcances casi infinitos. El dashboard de análisis y gestión de RPAs permite ver todo el proceso. El equipo se enfoca en una modalidad sencilla de entender el alcance exacto de las necesidades de los clientes y proveer la solución ideal.

De forma general, TheEye se encarga de que el caso de uso necesitado se desarrolle en un tiempo definido, con su metodología para la gestion y construcción, permitiendo esto una la implementación sin inconvenientes.

Encontramos en el software de TheEye una facilidad para el desarrollo e implementación de diferentes casos de uso, siendo versátil y adaptable al cambio, mientras que se logra un gran control de costos.

Pros

Súper sencillo de manejar y con funcionalidades con buena relación costo beneficio. Muy buena atención cliente.

Cons

Si bien no conozco todas las funcionalidades imagino que la extensión de bibliotecas a más casos para automatizar es algo sobre lo que se podría trabajar.

The Eye ha sido nuestro gran aliado al momento de acelerar los tiempos operativos y ganar capacity para el equipo, absorbiendo tareas repetitivas y permitiendo el procesamiento y administración fuera del horario laboral.

Pros

La flexibilidad, facilidad de uso y amplia cobertura para sustituir todo tipo de tareas manuales

Cons

En sus inicios el schedule tenía funcionalidad básica, con el tiempo se fueron incorporando nuevos features (propios de la evolución de la herramienta) sin costo alguno para NUBI.
