Apart from that I have great experience with the xepos overall and the software is amazing and easy to use and easy to understand.

Pros

The guys called me and helped me A lot regarding my issue with Xepos software, he helped me with Queries and then Resolved my technical issue on the spot for tier 1.

Cons

I was not satisfied with the Training that I was provided by the installation team on day one, as the trained was not well Trained and she don't know what she have to explain it to the customer.

My overall experience with Xepos has been amazing so far as I the system was delivered on time and the interface of the software its very simple and easy to use and easy to understand.

Pros

I got a call today from installation team and the guy who provided me was very patient and polite, he provided me with a detail training session, one thing I will mention that I asked him again and again he was not frustrated he answer me in a very professional manner.

Cons

I asked them to close my accounts for my previous contract I haven't used the till the I ordered previously and they keep charging me for that and that not fair.

Well my experience with Xepos is Fabulous as I have ordered my Epos at 22/04/2026 and was received on 25/04/2026, and it was setup next day, all I have to do is just Login into the software and Take the orders.

Pros

The best thing is Its very was to use, consisting of all the options, like Delivery, Table plans, and Collections, and Last but not the least Bar Tabs, so i setup everything for my Business.

Cons

Only one thing i didn't like is that you cant add modifier by yourself as its Quite complicated to do, adding the items and bar items is very easy but you cant add something on the top of it without knowing the programming team.

My overall Experience has been Fabulous, The Epos that I got is Fully Touch Screen with a Built in Keyboard and is very fast Processing, Software is very Quick and Fast, its easy to use and Easy To learn the software.

Pros

Its an amazing Epos specially for Takeaway restaurants, the inventory management is easy to save the information about the products and inventory, and once the sales are started, the reports can be printed from daily basis to Yearly basis.

Cons

The delivery was late, I ordered it a week ago but I received it after two weeks, so bad experience with delivery but other thing and service is good.

Overall my experience has been amazing, and Great so far, i am happy with the service, Support and Technical assistance that I am getting through Xepos,5 stars from my side, Highly Recommended.

Pros

I have order my Epos on 19/02/2026 and it was delivered on time, I Connected printer and cashdrawer, with it and connected to the internet, Then someone called me and Tried to get access of it and Trained me on my Epos, its was a very informative session with the Installation team.

Cons

I have shared the Product List to the Programming team so that they can upload it into my system as I know how to add a product but I cant add 1000 of items by myself, so still waiting the programming team to Respond.

Its has been Great Experience with xepos so far, I am really amazed that they created my website and integrated with the software without any cost, No more subscription headache.

Pros

The best thing is Xepos GMF Team created my websites and integrated it with my software, so now my customers can directly place the order from website.

Cons

Initially they haven't contacted me for the first setup and training, I requested them again , as I was already booked, finally someone called and setup everything via remote session

Overall my experience is fantastic, loved the service and with a very lower price rate, best designed for Pubs and Bars

Pros

Today I got a call from xepos Training team, and believe me the named \[sensitive content hidden\] was so professional and so kind, He interested me with ever single Step, and setup everything remotely and perfectly.

Cons

there are a lot of option that are not available in this software like wastage option for wasted drinks and products, and a pop up should be there for alcohol purchase to verify the customer age.

Cons

I didn't received the till rolls and the printer and scanner was faulty, so I have to request it again for a replacement.

Pros

I am happy and stratified with the service and would love to tell you that this software is best for the Restaurants and Bars, it have all that functions and option need for such kind of businesses.

Cons

So far, I have not experienced any major issues. However, there is always room for minor improvements in terms of customization and user interface.

Believe me this is the best Experience I ever had, They are providing 24/7 customer support and technical support, and its was easily setup remotely.

Pros

The best thing is it can easily be integrated with repay card machine and other vendors card machines, its is fast processing and very easy to use.

Cons

I got a scratched printer and Scanner but its was the dpd and they damaged my product in transit, but anyways xepos sent me a new one.
