My team only needed about 2 hours of training before they could start using EventDraw. And these are not tech-savvy people. EventDraw is easy to learn and use. Making plans is quick. Also the EventDraw team are eager to help, teach and they listen to our feedback. Cons First setup can be time consuming. This involves importing plans (cad, pdf or whatever is available) and then having EventDraw staff adjusting them to our needs. However I am a perfectionist and our venue is very big and complex. So your experience will be different I'm sure. There are really only minor tweaks that I would like to see in the software itself. And I'm confident most of them will be sorted in upcoming updates.
