I have used numerous software systems in the past and have always been priced out of the market as their annual costs tripled or quadrupled. I have the same, if not more functionality with this system as I did with the others at a much more budget friendly cost. Pros The features offered by the system meet all of my departmental needs at a wonderful cost point annually. The ability to share and save to the cloud allows for sharing of info among my department. Cons Not really a negative about the software, more about myself as a user. I have not invested enough tome to really delve into the inner depths of the system to take advantage of all of it's features. November 3, 2023 5.0 Pros Ease of use. My team only needed about 2 hours of training before they could start using EventDraw. And these are not tech-savvy people. EventDraw is easy to learn and use. Making plans is quick. Also the EventDraw team are eager to help, teach and they listen to our feedback. Cons First setup can be time consuming. This involves importing plans (cad, pdf or whatever is available) and then having EventDraw staff adjusting them to our needs. However I am a perfectionist and our venue is very big and complex. So your experience will be different I'm sure. There are really only minor tweaks that I would like to see in the software itself. And I'm confident most of them will be sorted in upcoming updates. This tool has all the same functionalities at a much lower price and a high quality. The support and continuing education on the product is awesome! Any of my managers can figure it out without having to have much training and having access to videos and training tools is a definite plus!
