I believe they have a platform that makes it easy for learners to use and consume content. On the admin side, you've got helpful reporting and analytics to view the impact of the experience. We were offered a free trial to test the experience with our learners. With some simple in-class instruction and follow-up, our learners were able to engage with the content and we could see how much they'd completed, their feedback to the learning material, etc. Mindmarkers could be completed on their phone or laptop - making it simple in the flow of work. The folks who work at Mindmarker are focused on ensuring success for your program. Pros I love the variety of activities/exercises you can build - from quizzes and ranking, to reflections and multimedia. The ability to include adaptive learning is also very important. Cons I found the existing features to be good for where we are. Any future additions will make the software even better. Reinforcing a previous training course, microlearning, pushing new information and gathering on-job feedback are all great and very useful approaches we tried with our clients using Mindmarker successfully. The most important feature we depend on in our business using Mindmarker is providing detailed analytics and reports to our client showing the participants engagement, progress status, interactions, quizzes answers and surveys. Cons I can refer to some issues in building up the reinforcement programs (the backstage). The program's starting date depends on the invitation date and what day of the week it is if it's on Wednesday as an example, we have to be aware that it will be on the third day of the 1st week, so we have to know which mindmarkers we will put on which day, and this takes some effort to make. I see that this could be improved somehow to show us which day is the start day. I hope I made my point clear. Mindmarker staff are highly professional and extremely helpful, often contacting us pro-actively is they see issues with the order of messages, their timing, or administrative issues. Extremely easy to talk to when questions pop up, and highly accommodating when flexibility was required. Pros Easy to implement; outstanding customer care and support; openness to client suggestions and speedy implementation of recommended adaptations; easy to use for end-user; excellent business analytics to facilitated decision-making and program adaptations. Cons Inability to export messages in a format (e.g., excel) that would permit easier editing (this may have been addressed by now). Reasons for choosing Mindmarker Not comfortable listing other providers considered; however, Mindmarker was selected because they took the time to understand our requirements and matched their product presentation and proposal to our needs. Pricing was a major decision-making factor, particularly for a non-profit such us our organization.
