In small business it's a big convenience, when one person is responsible for contact with clients, organization and provision of services. Pros I think that it's easy to use for me and also for my clients, so it safes my time making signing up for the classes at my studio easier. I can check history on my clients accounts, control payments and other parts of my fitness business in one place. Cons I used to work with "cots" section, but entering them took much more time than doing it in Excel and this section is not compared with any reports I can generate in eFitness, that's why I don't use it now.
