### "Membership Management Made Easy"

Pros

GolfClubSubs makes managing memberships very straightforward and removes the time consuming process of tracking monthly payments manually. It has lots of excellent features including having the option to send invitational links to prospective members so they can sign up online themselves. This also great for keeping tabs on membership leads to allow a follow up call and to get the sale across the line. Renewals are now a breeze too - having to deal with hundreds of renewal forms every year is thankfully is a thing of the past. Being able to integrate with other existing software we use is another major advantage for us. Keeping several databases up to date in a busy golf club is not an easy task. We made GolfClubSubs our master database which controls Handicap Master and in turn BRS. The MailChimp integration is also brilliant for keeping our MailChimp mailing list up to date so no member misses our weekly club updates. All of the above is backed up by customer support which is always first class... I can't recommend the overall package highly enough!

Cons

Any small issues found previously were rectified quickly. I can't fault anything at the moment.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is always available to help. The system has made the administration of membership subs and collection of fees so much easier for us as a club and given us a clear picture of where we are financially at all stages of the year.

Pros

Reports are very important and the reports available cover all areas of the memberships we sell. The system is very easy to use which helps to make the staff's job easier and more efficient

Cons

You need to call the administrator to change membership categories mid year if someone wants to upgrade.

Reason for choosing GolfClubSubs

It was user friendly and we had an input into what reports were available, the setup of members profile pages etc.

Pros

The software is very friendly. In fact we used it in 3 of our courses at the moment. Each course have around 400-500 Members. Next year we'll be looking to use the software in our other golf course which have 1700 members. I would recommend the software to any golf club across the world.

Cons

At the moment, there is nothing I would change about the software. But the interface could do with some tweaks.

Have been using the smart direct debit system for some time. Now moving to their full system which will become the core of our golf club management information system by facilitating the integration of associated IT systems. Designed from the ground up as an Open system in a marketplace dominated by Closed systems. Unbeatable customer support.

Cons

Nothing! Provides everything we need. Easy to use. Great integration.

Always fantastic service from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who has helped us so much since the start. The software is easy to use and our members all seem to be happy with everything too.

Pros

Easy to set up each individual member as required and the member will get an email/text message to alert them plus reminders to set up their monthly subscription. Multiple payment plans can be utilized to suit individuals on an ad-hoc basis if required.

Cons

Can only send a DD reminder once. Sometimes members cancel their direct debit and we can only send one link out to them to set up a new DD. If they lose the details of this then a new subscription needs to be set up.

Was wary to begin with but overall very happy and support for us has been excellent. We set up a new run each year and back up is good.

Pros

Easy to use, after a brief explanation. Reporting side of software is very good and easy to track payments and timings.

Cons

There is always things that could be better but on the whole very happy with product.

Amazing. A definite must have to make your life easy

Pros

Being new to the product I found it very easy to use once I got going but if i did run into a problem then there is always help available to talk me through it. Far better than out previous DD system. You can just see straight away what happening with each account and the colour coding makes show out quickly.

Cons

Not found any as yet but i'm sure if its not quite fitting your business accounting profile the company will do everything they can to make it.

Since our first conversation with GolfClubSubs to today we have received an excellent service. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been on hand to help with the set up and always at the other end of a phone if we needed any help. So far I can't fault the product or the service.
