Amazed. It makes sending and receiving secure email easier than anything else I've ever seen. The recipient isn't confused seeing advertising. The recipient isn't forced to open an account. It is HIPAA-compliant without needing the sender or receiver to log in to a portal.

Pros

1\. Easiest I've seen for the sender to use 2. Easiest I've seen for the recipient 3. Very clear. Not confusing for a novice, either sending or receiving. 4. Excellent PGP security, including perfect forward secrecy.

Cons

1\. Confusing to set up if you do not have a normal IMAP Email account. 2. Web interface not as good as it should be if you have a lot of folders

I started using this software a year and a half ago. I needed encryption for passing sensitive financial data to and from my clients along with a variety of reports. I tried several other packages but SecureMyEmail responded to my needs immediately. I got the software easily, tried it, and really liked it. Now with the latest enhancements, I have found that it is faster and my clients can send me encrypted documents by simply replying to my email. - They don't have to buy anything! All they have to do is reply. It's amazing. I love it. They love it.! I am so happy it made this decision.

Pros

It's fast and easy to use. My clients can use it without any special training.

Cons

The implementation of this software is menu driven like most application packages. This includes installation and operating instructions. I printed the screens because I prefer hard copy. (I am old school about such issues.)

SecureMyEmail was a cost-effective option for encrypted email for my business. They have responded quickly when I have reached out for support. It was easy to obtain the needed BAA for HIPAA.

Pros

I have two businesses. Only one of them requires HIPAA security measures. However, there are times I want to have an extra layer of security for my other business and also for my personal email address. SecureMyEmail allows me to pay one price and have secure email for all three of my email addresses. It integrated seamlessly with my gmail accounts, which was a must when I was comparing products.

Cons

Sometimes it can be glitchy from the app. I primarily only use it from my laptop for this reason. I can read my emails from the app with no problem but sending an email has been challenging due to being prompted for a secret phrase. Full disclosure, I have not explored why this is, as it has not been a critical need.
