Utilizziamo il portale Qaplà da ormai 7 anni per la gestione ordinaria e giornaliera delle spedizioni e-commerce. I servizi sono sempre in fase di miglioramento ed il team Qaplà è disponibile ad aiutarti in caso di dubbi o necessità rispondendo sempre prontamente alle esigenze del cliente. La piattaforma è utile per il monitoraggio da parte del team interno ma anche e soprattutto per i clienti finali che ricevono aggiornamenti costanti sullo status della loro spedizione.

Pros

Facilità di utilizzo della piattaforma, nuovi servizi disponibili costantemente, assistenza clienti presente e celere nelle risposte

Cons

La nuova interfaccia è meno usabile rispetto alla precedente

Con Qapla è possibile gestire tutti i corrieri utilizzati per l'ecommerce in una unica dashboard, questo è fondamentale per ottimizzare i costi di spedizione senza impazzire. Servizio clienti velocissimo e professionale.

Cons

Nel complesso non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi, il prezzo per spedizione è un pò alto.

La possibilità di monitorare e gestire da un'unica schermata tutte le spedizioni in corso, potendo verificare e gestire eventuali problematiche senza dover attendere le comunicazioni ufficiale dei corrieri, spesso ricevute in ritardo di ore.

Cons

Nulla di specifico. Come tutte le realtà digitali, è normale che ci siano sempre funzionalità da aggiungere e non esista il servizio perfetto.
