Overall, my experience has been very good. Their support staff does work hard to be there for us whenever we might need them so that always makes the experience better.

Pros

I love how easy it is to crosstab the results from a survey with demographics or one question's results with another question's results. We can mine so much valuable insight from that.

Cons

Survey results from bots or acquiescence bias, but they are working on fixing this.
