Anything that has come up was addressed immediately. We're a small rescue with minimal volunteer capacity, and the return on the investment, both in time and money, has been more than worth it. If you're looking for a program to help handle the operations of your rescue or shelter, this is it. Pros Buzz to the Rescue has been a game-changer for the rescue. Everything is streamlined, fosters have access to their dogs' records immediately, and it's all automatically added to the website for us. This has made the admin part of the rescue significantly easier and given us more time to get back to the rescuing. Cons The platform can be buggy, but every time we've had an issue, it has been addressed within a matter of days. The bug/new feature form is very easy to use, and our admins have all had their issues addressed quickly and professionally every time. Adoption numbers go up, and the stress goes waaaay down! (Outside from everyday Rescue stress haha!) Pros Ease of use.When we got Buzz what immediately stood out was how intuitive it was. I was able to get on and work within it very easily and without frustrations. Having the ability to manage our animals all in one space has been a lifesaver! I no longer have to hop from spreadsheet to spreadsheet and fb message to fb message. It's all in ONE place! The internal tags are my absolute favorite! Sending documents is easily a close second. There are so many features I love, it's worth it to do the Demo and see for yourself! Cons My only con is that I didn't find Buzz sooner! The owner of Buzz was there at every turn with training and attention. The software is built with flexibility and is ever-improving. A can-do attitude even under pressure, fast replies from inquiries. Cons There are a few things that we were hoping for but can't be changed, but work arounds were recommended and worked for us in most cases. Cons Occasionally, Canadians were unable to select their home province; but the Buzz team has fixed this issue permanently. The support from when we first reached out all the way to when we launched and beyond has been phenomenal. They work to make the site cater to your needs as a nonprofit and hold your hand as much as you need them too. The training, the customer service, everything was excellent. When we finally launched, we got such amazing feedback from the users on how professional our website looked and how easy it was to access everything they needed. Honestly, it's been a dream and I 100% recommend them to any rescue looking to update their website and database. Cons I'm required to fill this out but...I think my con doesn't even count. The only thing I wish they had was a more in depth volunteer portion to add ways to assign volunteers to events and have a space that they could log in and help us track their hours. However, they are working on the volunteer portion of their site so I don't see it being an issue for very long. The whole process of making a website and a database would not have been possible for us without Buzz to the Rescues. Pros Buzz to the Rescues is straightforward and simple. Before Buzz to the Rescues, our shelter used paper files and social media posts for advertising. We knew we needed to update how we kept data and knew we needed a website. So with the help of Google, we found Buzz. Buzz helped easily convert all data and files to our online database. We like the ease and simplicity of everything Buzz has to offer. Cons There have been a couple of "glitches," but Buzz has worked well at fixing any issues we have had.
