This application provided us almost all the features which enabled our company to automate most of our HR processes with minimum involvement of paper. Of course, there is a lot to do in a world where technologies keep on upgrading in a fast pace. Experience of working with the deployment team was also good and they all are cooperative in this regard. The only thing where I personally suggest them to work more is on the available analytics and functionality of mobile application. But factually ResourceInn team must be working on them and soon they will be upgrading these features as well. Pros When you compare it with the other market players, it is quite cost effective and still looks quite modern as far as the interface is concerned. The overall functionality require improvements but the best thing is, ResourceInn team is continuously upgrading the application. Not much time when it will be one of the best HR management application in market. Lastly, the service of the team there in ResourceInn is quite good. Their support staff is cooperative and responsible. The young team is very energetic and ready to provide solution for any sort of challenging query. Cons It is not exactly a Con but a point which made us think while selecting this was they are new in market and we had no idea how stable their product will be. Reason for choosing Resourceinn It was a cost effective solution. The overall look and feel was quite good and interface looked decent and modern. The team and management we met was so energetic and ready to take up the challenge. Lastly, the flexibility about the upgrades and development with the passage of time. Review Source IN Ignatius N. They convinced us to switch from Zoho because we get everything under one roof. The system is flexible and can be modified or intergrated to fit your purpose. Implementation team is patient, this is key and they had to adjust alot to meet our demands at no extra costs. Currently we use the kiosk, mobile app and web interface. We manage all locations at once. Pros The interface is user friendly, excellent data separation and restrictions. Proffessional and easy to use, user profiles and dashboards. There are some things that needs to be changed or improved and I can understand that there is always room for improvements. So if I rate this software out of 10 its gonna be 9. Pros The most important thing about this software is, it is user friendly. I have been to different organizations and being a new graduate I found it very easy to learn and very easy to provide solutions. Cons I think resourcein should focus more on their customer service, I mean they are providing a good software but customer service needs to be polished. And work on your backups in system. Employees record management was the best part Made it easier for me to do payroll by just one click. Pros User friendly, Good design and Dashboard for Managers Easy to implement policies, easy to look who is on leave and whose confirmation is coming in the next month.
