Com a ajuda e auxilio do pessoal da implantação ficou mais fácil o uso da ferramenta, mas sinto falta de um suporte mais proativo.

Cons

A integração dos serviços foi um processo dificil, o suporte da ferramenta poderia ser menos robotizado e se tivesse vídeos aulas esclarecendo dúvidas pontuais ajudaria muito no processo.

Estou muito satisfeita com a utilização do TReasy pois facilitou demais a demonstração de resultado que o ERP do varejo não fornece de forma completa. Assim agilizou todo o processo, pois antes do Treasy a unica forma era usando o Excel.

Pros

A plataforma é fácil de ser usada, importa todos os dados necessário para a elaboração precisa do DRE tanto na visão contábil como no Fluxo de Caixa.

Cons

As simulações de resultdado com cenários diferentes, ainda preciso exercer mais essa funcionalidade do sistema.

Ajuda na gestão orçamentária, principalmente nas informações do orçado x realizado.

Cons

Uma vez aberto uma conta no plano de contas não é possível excluir, isso dificulta o orçamento de um ano para o outro, em caso de contas que não serão mais utilizadas.Na parte de importação de valores, quando quero importar os mesmos valores para o previsto e realizado por exemplo, tenho que importar 2 vezes, poderia ter opção de selecionar a importação em ambos campo, assim otimizamos o tempo.

O Treasy me possibilita prover informações gerenciais as pessoas necessárias, e possibilita de forma bem analítica, fazer análises de margem, OPEX, e outras despesas, especialmente quando o assunto é Budget x Realizado.e tudo isso de forma fácil e muito intuitiva.

Pros

O Treasy é um ótimo coletor de informações quando se fala em processo orçamentário.a facilidade com que ele consegue abranger diversos usuários/áreas da empresa, dando possibilidade a cada gestor "inputar" sua informação, e depois ser coletada pelo departamento de controladoria para que possa ser analisado, é excelente!

Cons

Num cenário onde tenho diversos usuários das mais diversas áreas de atuação, a segurança de contas é um fator que acaba ficando sempre confuso, (por isso o suporte do Treasy é nota 10) e o tipo de usuários é um pouco limitado (Full, Consulta, Edição etc), exemplo: alguns recursos que somente Full tem acesso, poderia ser compartilhado com níveis mais intermediários (como uploads, segurança etc.)

O Treasy auxilia todos os usuários da informação orçamentária, além de tornar o fechamento mensal de orçado x realizado muito mais fácil e rápido.

Pros

Tanto o sistema, quanto a metodologia por traz dele tiveram impacto muito positivo no processo orçamentário da empresa, avançamos na cultura de orçamento participativo e os ganhos foram notáveis. A equipe de suporte é excelente.

Há certa dificuldade para ver valores empenhados e ainda não realizados e os comentários só podem ser feitos no menor nível.

Controle orçamentário, elaboração de relatórios específicos, como faturamento e custos, bem como controle de despesas operacionais.

Pros

Sem dúvidas a parte orçamentária e de acompanhamento do Treasy são os fatores que mais nos agradam, sem deixar de falar, é claro dos gráficos dinâmicos que podemos criar para um acompanhamento mais objetivo. O suporte do Treasy é bacana, sempre à disposição e com paciência nos atendimentos.

Cons

Sinto falta apenas da linguagem ser um pouco mais clara em relação aos passo a passos, particularmente falando, me bati um pouquinho por estar realizando uma transição de carreira da Auditoria para a Controladoria e gestão orçamentária, mas como citei, graças ao suporte do Treasy, estamos avançando.

Este ciclo de informações deve ser claro e objetivo.A ferramenta Treasy atende esta demanda com muito eficiência e praticidade.

Cons

O ponto negativo seria somente a falta de geração de inserção de observações na própria ferramenta.

Minha experiência com Treasy é bastante satisfatória, em função da facilidade na usabilidade do sistema. O recurso de rastreabilidade traz segurança e confiabilidade para as análises e demonstrações de resultado em âmbito geral.

Pros

O recurso mais impactante foi o coach com o estudo de modelagem financeira para implantação e implementação do orçamento, bem como o apoio para levantamento das premissas para o planejamento orçamentário e acompanhamento mensal.

Cons

Nosso grupo é formado por multi empresas e negócios e o dashboard principal apresenta a consolidação dos negócios. Seria interessante conseguir editar a visualização do resultado dos negócios. Sugiro também, se possível, a implementação da funcionalidade na criação de gráficos e FCA com a possibilidade de visualizar as telas com os valores das despesas (ou o próprio DRE) de forma simultânea para facilitar a validação do gráfico e registro das análises.

Em geral a ferramenta trouxe muitos benefícios para a área financeira e diretoria. Ajudou muito a prever o lucro da empresa e a tomar ações ou medidas.

Pros

Sem dúvida o acompanhamento do orçado e realizado x desvios por produto x unidades, bem como o acompanhamento mensal , margens, resultados ; é possível uma previsibilidade grande em relação ao fluxo de caixa de empresa para tomadas de decisão.

Cons

A impossibilidade de importar todo o plano de contas para orçar as contas que não houve realizado, isso gera margem para não trazer algum orçamento por não ter sido realizado em período anterior. Isso é bem ruim.
