Pros is a system with all the functions required to keep all the accounting and financial records of a company. General Manager Airlines/Aviation Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Easy to use accounting / payroll software SAAS" June 20, 2023 3.0 Is mostly positive but many errors require additional steps in excel or adjustments in order to work, interface to PILA is very rudimentary, lots of errors that have to be corrected by hand off the software before importing them into PILA Pros Easy to implement, easy to train and to use. The invoicing works seamessly and some reports, in general can be used by non accounting personnel. Cons Payroll has lots of issues, yes, Colombian regulations are moving like crazy and they like any other firm have some issues adjusting to changes but we pick up lots of aritmetic errors or concepts, some functions start giving errors after some time working fine. Reported errors can take forever, payment by flat file to some banks has taken over 2 years and it's not implemented yet. Differences between payroll registry and accounting. Pros La facilidad de gestion del sofware es increible,ademas de las estadisticas que se pueden generar cuando se necesita un informe,sencillamente muy bueno. Cons Un poco de ayuda mas interactiva y didactica en el manejo de la plataforma,para aquellas personas que se le dificulte un poco la interaccion con el sofware pero todo va por buen camino. He utilizado tanto la versión escritorio como la versión en la nube. La de escritorio eso si es muchísimo más completa que la versión en la nube pero también es mucho más costosa. Además, hoy en día no hay como tener todo en Internet y al alcance de al mano y sin tener que invertir en infraestructura. Pros Siigo es un software contable con muchos a los de experiencia en el mercado, eso es bueno. Anteriormente solo tenían una versión de escritorio, la cual aún se mantiene, pero ahora cuentan con una versión en la nube. La versión de escritorio es bastante completa ya que lleva muchos años en el mercado y tienen muchos avances, diferente lo que pasa con la versión en a nube, que aunque ha crecido, me parece que aún le falta bastante. Sin embargo, es una plataforma muy completa y cuenta con todos los módulos necesarios para la operación contable de cualquier empresa. Nomina, RRHH, inventarios, costos, presupuestos, etc. Cons Siigo en mi concepto siempre ha tenido un problema y es el servicio, aunque han mejorado, sigue siendo un servicio muy deficiente. Cons En el inicio de las capacitaciones deberían ser más claros en el proceso ya que tiende a ser enredado si no se sabe cómo será el proceso.
