tutto sommato per piccole aziende è il top, consuma poche risorse, peccato che non esiste una versione per linux, sarebbe davvero il top.

Pros

la sua facilità di installazione e la facilità con cui si riesce ad utilizzarlo, inoltre la copia di backup richiede un solo click, il che lo rende adatto anche per chi è alle prime armi.

Cons

la sua interfaccia grafica forse è da migliorare. manca lo sviluppo per sistemi linux, ma del resto va bene.

Utilizzo Danea Easyfatt da oltre 20 anni. Per via degli aumenti di costo che reputo eccessivi, l'anno prossimo lo abbandonerò a favore di un prodotto concorrente.

Pros

Intuitivo, di facile installazione, funzionante anche su sistemi non Windows (in emulazione), assistenza più che sufficiente.

Cons

Dopo l'acquisizione di Danea da parte di Teamsystem, il costo annuale è triplicato negli ultimi sei anni, raggiungendo un importo che sta molto al di sopra di quello di prodotti analoghi.

La mia esperienza complessiva con Danea è molto positiva, non a caso è il programma di contabilità e fatturazione che utilizziamo nella nostra attività da quasi sei anni. È molto essenziale, ma con tutto quello che occorre; particolarmente apprezzata la possibilità di controllare la contabilità in tempo reale.

Pros

Mi piace che Danea sia sempre aggiornato rispetto ai cambiamenti normativi e fiscali e che sia sempre al passo con i tempi, proponendo moduli smart e utili, come il link di pagamento diretto con POS virtuale.

Cons

Trovo che in alcuni passaggi sia ancora un po' macchinoso, come per la creazione delle varie anagrafiche di prodotto o cliente/fornitore, che richiede passaggi propedeutici ben precisi.

Software molto completo e pieno di funzionalita' per la gestione del magazzino, sostituito solo perche' non permette la gestione di schede di riparazione.

Pros

Buon gestionale di prodotti, permette la gestione del magazzino, la gestione di documenti quali fatture, ddt e preventivi. Non permette di creare schede di lavorazione quindi e' adatto per lo piu' ad attivita' che si occupano di vendita o produzione di prodotti ed ecommerce.

Non puo' essere utilizzato con due sedi separate se non installando su una vps

Easyfatt e uno software per la fatturazione di realtà medio piccole ma veramente molto ben fatto e comodo ma soprattutto economico ! Con meno di 100€ annuale di canone

Sono pochissimi gli aspetti negativi, l unico davvero grande e l importazione del magazzino con file excel dove ci sono diversi campi non importabili

Pros

Sicuramente il punto a suo favore piu grande è il prezzo, servizio in abbonamento annuale con varie tariffe in base all'utilizzo e le necessita dell'utente.Siamo passati a questo software con l'entrata in vigore della fatturazione elettronica da allora utilizzato giornalmente per emissione e ricezione fatture e inotlre come magazzino.

Cons

migliorerei sicuramente la gestione colonne , per esempio quando si crea un nuovo ordine non si puo inserire la colonna codice a barre.inoltre aggiungerei una funzione, registra tutte per le fatture elettroniche ricevute per poterle registrare ( con la scadenza indicata in fattura ) tutte automaticamente.

Lo utilizzo da più di 5 anni e mi trovo molto bene. Mai un problema con i dati, cosa molto importante in un gestionale, aggiornamenti costanti e sempre in evoluzione. Tante funzionalità a disposizione. Software stabile e molto pratico. Facile da installare. Buona gestione dei Backup.

Tante funzionalità a disposizione, facile da utilizzare e molto stabile. La fatturazione elettronica è sempre aggiornata e il prodotto è in costante sviluppo e miglioramento. Aggiornamenti che aiutano a migliorare il suo utilizzo. Molto completo e con tanti moduli per gestire amministrazione e magazzino tra l'altro.

Cons

Il supporto non e stato cosi veloce e non ci ha risolto il problema per completo. Comunicare con l'oro non è cosi facile. è l'unica cosa che non ci piace del software.

Costi bassi , buona personalizzazione, inclusione della gestione delle fatture elettroniche in cloud nel prezzo annuale.

Cons

Piccoli bug, ma spesso risolti con aggiornamenti costanti e il fatto che l'archivio con gli anni tende a diventare molto pesante.

Archiviazione automatica delle fattur ed assenza di errori nella numerazione e possibilità di gestire più partite iva .

Pros

Importazione automatica delle fatture elettroniche ricevute. Possibilità di backup automatico. Personalizzazione dei modelli per l'emissione delle fatture. Esportazione in excel di riepiloghi e prospetti vari. Facilità nel creare le nuove fatture e note di credito.

Cons

Il software è completo e si adatta perfettamente a tutte le esigenze dallo studio professionale al venditore di prodotti. Non ho rilevato alcun aspetto negativo

Abbiamo scelto EasyFatt appena aperta la nostra azienda. Si è rivelato il prodotto migliore per una startup in fase di avvio, che ha solo esigenze di fatturazione. Ha tutte le funzioni necessarie per iniziare l'attività imprenditoriale ad un prezzo imbattibile. Software stabile ed affidabile.

Pros

Completezza delle funzioni di fatturazione, prezzo economico, buon servizio di assistenza e post vendita, stabilità del prodotto.

Cons

sarebbe utile avere una versione cloud vera senza la necessità di usare software di virtualizzazione, mancanza di una App mobile.

Il nostro tecnico ha istallato il software su 3 computer della nostra azienda e contemporaneamente 3 operatori lavorano sul gestionale, grazie al quale riusciamo a gestire il nostro e-commerce.

Riesco a gestire l'amministrazione della mia attività in maniera semplice e veloce. E' perfettamente integrato al sistema di fatturazione elettronica nazionale.

Ci ha permesso di partire fin dall'inizio con una contabilità ben gestita e tenuta sotto controllo. Preventivi, conferme d'ordine, DDT, fatture, gestione pagamenti etc avvengono in maniera molto semplice ma efficace.

Pros

Molto rapido e intuitivo. E' di semplice utilizzo, ma completo in tutte le sue funzioni per le micro-piccole aziende. Strumento più che efficace.

Cons

Ovviamente il software presenta diversi limiti, sia nell'utilizzo che nell'interfaccia. Le funzioni più complete si possono trovare solo in gestionali molto più costosi, questo nel suo limite svolge bene il suo compito. L'unica vera nota negativa è l'impossibilità di avere 2 o più finestre aperte. Questo è molto scomodo.
