"Evolving System"
Overall: The system is generally good, though improvements can take longer than expected, and resources for enhancements are limited. For such a large application, the configuration process remains too manual.
Pros: First The Team that works for the business. is very intuitive for the user and makes some tasks quite easy to address. Has a lot of potential for improvement.
Cons: The system has limitation when changes are required and configuring the system is not practical as should be.

Pros: It is user friendly and accessible. Its dashboard tabs are easy to pick out. The way it operates is very flexible.
Cons: The least likeable feature Javln offers is, running reports, double processing errors.

Pros: It is time efficient, cuts down on manual work and very easy to use with proper training.
Cons: A change in system or mistake made with numbers in the system effects the normal input process.

Overall: I started in Last year July and since using Javln I found everything so easy in terms of generating reports and track claims.
Pros: I think I like everything starting from creating quote, Issuing Quote, Posting, Registering Claims, Payments and More. The best thing is you can referred Tasks and upload documents in Folder
Cons: It makes it easy for me to capture client loss ratio.

Overall: From a claim's perspective, it's very user friendly, especially with the reporting's, it's easy for me to access, plus the payment process and the filing set up on JALN.
Pros: I am in the claim department so the I would say the payment process. Very easy to pay claims.
Cons: Duplicate claims registration, that creates extra claim on JAVLN. Should be detected when certain information's are put on.
