People require confrontation to have their work/questions completed or resolved as soon as possible. And the admiration for good work done or contributions made to improve oneself or others. We can do all of this with the assistance of this extraordinary application. I'm so taken with it that I'm applying it to everyone I need to contact, in a single word, it is remarkable. Pros People are constantly on the lookout for new experiences. With that in mind, we constantly do our best, but not all efforts are rewarded. However, "Bonjoro" has the power to assist us in bringing out the best in ourselves in terms of creativity and potential. We can monitor for changes and provide an official/helpful video to the folks we choose. As a result, we may continue to grow in the way that we choose. Cons People are always looking for the negative aspects of everything, yet we can handle everything we need. The same can be said about this fantastic application. I'm not sure of the disadvantages of the excellent application I've been using for so long, but everything is OK on my end. November 29, 2022 4.0 Pros Emails and texts are fine. Phone calls and voice messages are better. But VIDEO messages...? SOLID GOLD.Bonjoro offers the chance for my email subscribers to get to know me, like me, and trust me all with just a 30-60 second video. It provides an immediate connection that is as personal as you can get without actually meeting someone for coffee. It's been a game-changer for me! Cons As good as Bonjoro is, it can't force people to open their emails and click on the video to watch it. Because of that, not every video I send is seen, which can at times be frustrating. If Bonjoro had some way of improving open and watch rates (in addition to the setup and all the tips they already offer), I would be overjoyed. Even with having email templates all set up to make sending messages as quickly as possible, it doesn't compare to the Bonjoro app which sends you a notification, let's you record the video on the spot, and then send the message with your pre-made template all within the matter of a minute (and right from your phone!). Its worth trying to see a good result. After all, its always better to treat your clients in new ways. Pros Not only I can record fast videos through it, it gives me options to track the customers, if they opened it and read it or not. Its fun and more engaging to send videos instead of emails to my clients. Can make short videos to thank them to take my service, can greet verbally in special days and can add special offers in short through that video. Its unique in many ways. Bonjoro has done this for us, allowing our donors to understand how much we value them, because we can easily send them a video message, saying their name, and thanking them. Pros Bonjoro allows us to connect with our donors in ways that they have rarely experienced before. It makes them feel valued and more likely to support our organization in the future. And best of all, it is easy to integrate with Zapier, so you can queue new Bonjoros to be done automatically. The process is fast and easy. I cannot speak highly enough of what the guys at Bonjoro have done. Cons The Bonjoro mobile app sometimes does not play the audio in the video preview before sending. I am unsure how widespread this issue is. It hasn't been a big problem for us, but I hope they fix it soon. Review Source Christina L. Pros One thing I love about Bonjoro is how easy it is to use - you don't need to be a techie to get this up and running! It integrates seamlessly with other soft-wares and sends you updates when a new partner has given a donation so that you can send them their own personalized thank-you Bonjoro video. We've received tremendous positive feedback from excited partners who appreciate the personal touch that Bonjoro videos give. As someone who is an over-thinker, I also appreciate that Bonjoro allows you to record multiple video "takes" to review before finally sending the one you're most satisfied with to your partner. Cons The only thing I've noticed that could be fixed is the occasional "bug" that mutes your audio on playback when you review the video you just recorded. This isn't a major issue, and we'll just re-record a video when this happens.
