Cons There are still some functions that are being developed and will need to continue to work through bugs and implementing better ways of doing some things. Its cost effective, everything is so customisable, its so easy to use for admin, educators and families. They also have amazing customer service and frequent training sessions and tutorials. I also love the online seminars that they do every weeks which give us many useful information and the support team is very attentive. Pros It's so easy to have everything you need from CCS payments to Weekly attendances to Family transactions in one place. Also, the reports from OWNA save me a lot of time and effort from data management and show us valuable information on our day to day services and performance. Extra point is that OWNA system is very user-friendly and reliable. Cons We have different locations and it would be amazing to be able to combine the data of all locations. I think OWNA is working on this since there is some joint reports but not everything is integrated.
