"no communication with owna "

**Overall:** Full management from owna is also waiting for approval for long time

**Pros:** support waiting period more then 2 weeks

**Cons:** no response from owna with multiple tickets

"OWNA Review"

**Overall:** Very positive. We really like using the system and look forward to more updates and new features.

**Pros:** The ability to streamline processes and procedures. We have been able to acheive our goal of being more sustainable and usin gless paper.

**Cons:** When there is a connection error or an update that delays the use.

**Reasons for Choosing OWNA:** OWNA offered more features for a much better price. The support was great and the ability to essentially use one app for everything made the choice easy.
