Pros Ctars is very easy to use and adapt to the need of the organisation. The forms are clear and easy to fir to the need. Cons Would like to have the ability to pull off more reports - more autonomy to choose different facets of the system and put this into a report. All reports are completely client focused and they are great - just some more org ones would be good.
