It was good from the time I used it but it was a free trail.

Pros

It is easy to use and easy to explain to my coworkers to to operate.

Cons

The price range is not as manageable as some other software for a new business.

BB ist ein sehr gut abgestimmtes und integriertes Produkt. Bei den allermeisten Punkten ist zu spüren, dass dort Leute am Werk sind, die Ahnung haben von dem, was sie tun. Alles läuft perfekt zusammen, die Oberfläche "funktioniert" gut, ist übersichtlich. Das war in einer früheren Version noch nicht so. Wer also nur die älteres Version kennt, sollte sich die nochmal ansehen. Ein wichtiges Kriterium ist immer der Support. Und der arbeitet bei BB zuverlässig, schnell und freundlich. Bei mehreren Kontakten bekam ich Gewissheit, dass dort die Rückmeldungen der Kunden auch wichtig sind und auch direkt bearbeitet wurden. Kleine Fehler können bei der Menge an Features und Schnittstellen auftreten. Wurden in beiden aufgetretenen Fällen bei mir innerhalb von zwei Tagen gesucht, gefunden und behoben. Inkl. passender Kommunikation. Sehr vorbildlich!

Pros

Alle meine Konten und Plattformen ließen sich problemlos verknüpfen. Dokumente werden sehr zuverlässig ausgelesen. Buchungsvorschläge lernt die Software sehr schnell. Es ist sehr hilfreich, bei immer mehr Buchungen einfach nur kurz zu prüfen und ein Häkchen zu setzen. Alles ist an einer Stelle. Seit einigen Wochen gibt es auch endlich eine Anlagenverwaltung. Ich bin sehr dankbar dafür, dass BB nicht wie die Wettbewerber Lexoffice und Sevdesk abgespeckte Kontenrahmen oder Kontenrahmen mit geänderten Kontennamen nutzen. Die klassischen Datev-Kontenrahmen mit den bekannten Namen. DANKE! Wenn ich ein bestimmtes Konto suche, finde ich es auch.

Cons

Der Preis für die große Version hat mich zu Beginn etwas abgeschreckt. Aber inzwischen will ich nicht mehr darauf verzichten. Wir setzen BB inzwischen für mehrere Firmen ein und haben den Schritt hierhin nicht bereut. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, eigene Rechnungsvorlagen zu erstellen. Es gibt ein Template, das mit den eigenen Angaben und dem Logo ausgefüllt wird, und fertig. Die klassische Friss-oder-stirb-Nummer. Aber gut, da ist wohl mehr in Arbeit und ich glaube aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen mit dem Support und der Firma inzwischen auch, dass da noch was kommen wird. Eine Kleinigkeit ist die Anlagenverwaltung. Es ist toll, dass es sie gibt. Aber wie fast alle Wettbewerber (außer Collmex) kennt BB keine "nicht abschreibungsfähigen Wirtschaftsgüter" wie z.B. Domains. Ich frage mich noch immer, warum die ganzen Onlinebuchhaltungen sowas nicht besser recherchieren oder umsetzen. Aber gut, ich schreibe jetzt über 12.000 Monate ab, was zu einem ähnlichen Ergebnis führt ;-)

Bei Collmex wurden die Belege im eigenen E-Mail-Postfach verwaltet, was ich nie gut fand. Die Anbindung meiner Konten war teilweise einfach nicht möglich. Ich hatte keine Lust, alles per Hand zu buchen. Bei Datev hat mich die interne Struktur geschockt. Ich war froh, als wir nach einigen Monaten dann doch diesen alten Monsterdinosaurier vom Server und den Workstations löschen konnten.

Reasons for choosing BuchhaltungsButler

SevDesk und Lexoffice waren einfach schlechter obwohl sie wirklich schick aussehen und sehr gut zu bedienen sind (sofern man nicht ernsthaft Buchhaltung machen möchte). Bei Lexoffice steht nur ein Teil der Datev-Konten zur Verfügung. Zum Umschiffen riet der Support dann sogar, doch einfach andere (in dem Fall leider falsche) Buchungen vorzunehmen. "Dann ginge das auch". Naja. SevDesk hatte sehr viel Potenzial. Allerdings war in der Oberfläche nicht immer sehr transparent, was darunter ablief. So waren z.B. zwar alle Datev-Konten vorhanden (sehr gut!). Aber leider wurden die zu großen Teilen umbenannt. War laut Produktmanagement einfach schicker oder moderner. Mag sein. Aber so konnte ich keine bestimmten Konten suchen. Die hießen ja anders. Und die passenden Kontennummern wurden gar nicht erst angezeigt. Und verloren. Aber gut, das Produktmanagement war sehr aktiv und bestrebt, ein gutes Produkt zu bauen. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass bei SevDesk noch was Gutes passieren kann.
