Van het eerste contact tot de onboarding en de uiteindelijke go‑live is het proces goed en gestructureerd verlopen. Er wordt actief geluisterd, meegedacht en ingespeeld op onze wensen. Daarnaast zorgen de maandelijkse software‑updates ervoor dat RouteLogic zich blijft doorontwikkelen en continu verbetert.

Pros

Wat RouteLogic sterk maakt is het "easy to use, works as designed" principe. Het is een hulpmiddel dat doet wat het belooft en geeft antwoord . Betrouwbaar, duidelijk en gericht op de praktijk. Kortom: een fijn product dat je werk ondersteund en overzichtelijker maakt.

Pros

Ik deel makkelijk een track & trace met klanten zodat ze weten wanneer wij langskomen om de spullen te leveren, dit is vooral handig ivm de lange lengtes die bij ons gelost moeten worden.

Cons

RouteLogic werkt altijd zonder problemen. De site is overzichtelijk en routes plan ik snel en makkelijk.

Fijne partij om mee te werken. We gingen van handmatig plannen met Google Maps, naar routes maken in minder dan een minuut.

We gingen van het handmatig maken van alle routes via Google Maps, naar routes maken in minder dan een minuut. Goede service, prima roadmap, denken graag met je mee

Cons

Na 2 jaar gebruik nog niets noemenswaardigs gevonden. Alles werkt naar behoren en als we ergens vastlopen worden we snel geholpen.

Zeer goed! Aanrader! Optimalisatie van routes is zeer gemakkelijk met de bijhorende track-and-trace link voor de klanten.

Pros

Integratie met webshop van Woocommerce is zeer handig want alles is nu direct gekoppeld met elkaar. 😊

Cons

De koppeling tussen Woocommerce- Zapier - Routelogic was niet altijd even gemakkelijk. Maar eens opgesteld werkt het perfect.

in vergelijking met route4me dat wij nu gebruiken is dit een grote vooruitgang, en zal duidelijk leiden tot het moeten inzetten van minder voertuigen

Configuratiemogelijkheid per voertuig, en dynamisch herzien na berekening van de routes. Bij Route4Me dient telkens een nieuwe upload te gebeuren

het verplaatsen van stops in een route naar een andere is nogal intensief doordat routes gesloten moeten worden

De configuratiemogelijkheden per voertuig en de dynamische routeherziening zijn inderdaad krachtige tools om het meeste uit elke rit te halen. erg positief, we gebruiken het dagelijks en geeft ons veel inzicht over onze routes. hierdoor kunnen we snel schakelen als de route voor ons te lang zou duren.

Pros

dat het linkje van adres in de app direct naar google maps verwijst. en de mogelijkheid om de snelheid per chauffeur te wijzigen.

Cons

het gemak van het uitplannen van adressen kan makkelijker. en een mogelijkheid om adressen op te slaan

Super! Fijn contact met personeel die weten waar ze het over hebben. Een app die staat als een huis waarmee heel gemakkelijk routes kunt maken, mails kunt laten versturen en duidelijke T&T voor de klanten.

Pros

Goed contact met het team van RouteLogic. Duidelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke app. Doet precies waar ze voor staan

Cons

Ik heb geen nadelen ondervonden aan Routelogic. Alles werkte naar behoren en zoals verwacht. Fijn overzicht en makkelijke input.

Positief! We werkte voorheen met een Google agenda, dan is dit wel een grote stap voorruit. Zoals bovenstaand omschreven zijn er zeker wel wat verbeterpunten maar in de basis werkt het voor ons goed!

Pros

Het automatisch indelen van de meest efficiënte route is wat mij betreft een key factor.

Cons

De interface vindt ik af en toe onoverzichtelijk. Vooral als we moeten schuiven in Routes, dan wordt het al snel een onoverzichtelijk. Ook het feit dat een functie zoals enter niet meer werkt vindt ik storend. Ook vindt ik de mogelijkheid om beschikbaarheid van levering voor een opdracht te geven beperkt. Als er bijvoorbeeld een klant maar op 2 dagen in de week beschikbaar is, of aparte openingstijden heeft dan is er geen ruimte om dit duidelijk aan te geven zodat deze niet mee worden genomen in de planning.

Makkelijk routes maken, chauffeursap werkt goed

\- enter toets werkt niet met zoeken - Het zou fijn zijn als je bij en niet gelukte levering een opmerking kunt achterlaten die bij de notities van de bestelling komt - bij een planning met meerdere voertuigen opdrachten koppelen aan een voertuig bijv voor de afmetingen

Heel goed. Heb gesprekken gehad met meerdere softwares maar bij deze voelde ik me echt goed en het was ook het meest makkelijke programma.

Pros

Enorm goed contact met de support. Ze helpen je enorm goed als je vragen hebt. Het programma is ook wel dummy proof als eenmaal alles goed staat. Dit in tegenstelling tot veel andere software!

Cons

Het is even zoeken hoe alles werkt en bij mij ging het niet gelijk goed maar ben direct goed geholpen en het is ook allemaal opgelost. Het enige wat jammer is, is dat het op den duur wel in prijs kan oplopen met het aantal auto's.

leek het meest makkelijke om te gebruiken, dummy proof. Routelogic is wel hoger in prijs per chauffeur dan andere softwares maar het is wel gebruiksvriendelijker, zeker als je er niet veel van weet.
