Pros

In this case we decided to go with the managed migration. We've used the product in the past on our own and while fairly straight forward, we thought we'd leave this new project up to the professionals. Working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been a great experience. They're both very helpful and quick responders, despite the time difference.

Cons

From the one occasion we used this on our own, we noticed the software only runs 10 users at a time which could make migrations for large companies take a lot longer than it would for a smaller organization.

I have enjoyed working with the product and team very much.

Pros

This software enables delegation to different business units. The Smart Groups are amazing at extending Google Groups capabilities. It made SSO very easy to configure.

Cons

I like the the product very much. There was not much that was lacking or disappointing.
