Pros

Honestly, we just got this program due to Covid. It is a cool concept and I feel could be useful for the right business.

Cons

It doesn't seem to be user friendly, a lot of residents had a hard time using it.

IT STILL IS A VERY HANDY SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWS MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE PROPERTY. IT IS A GREAT ASSET.

ORGANIZATION PROPORTIONATELY MANAGABLE AS IT PERTAINS TO THE TASKS THAT NEED TO BE ACCOMPLISHED

Cons

NOT BEING ABLE TO USE IT IN CERTAIN WEB BROWSER MODES. NO APPLICATION ON PHONE. ONLY ABLE TO BE USED WITH THE WEB BROWSER OPTION. IT CAN BE A BIT CONFUSING IF TOO MANY PEOPLE HAD A RESERVATION AT THE EXACT SAME TIME.

### "Simple to Navigate"

Amenity Boss makes it very simple for our residents to make reservations and makes it great for us to keep up with how many people we have in one area at any gien time. It is a great tool.

Pros

This software allows our community to still enjoy our amenities while helping us to streamline social distancing.

Cons

None that I can think of. It is simple to use, easy to send invitations to our residents and easy for us to update with any changes.
