Pros Die Implementierung der Software war super easy - einfach im d.velop Store einen Account erstellt und danach direkt losgelegt. Ein paar Probleme gab es bei der Erstellung des Zertifikats für die qualifizierte Unterschrift, aber dies lag wohl eher an der Bundesdruckerei, anstatt an der d.velop und hier war der Support so freundlich zu helfen, auch wenn es an einem Partner lag und hat uns unterstützt. Cons In unserem Fall ging es darum, dass die Software die qualifizierte Unterschrift sehr intuitiv unterstützen sollte und das tut sie. Von daher gibt es keine negativen Punkte. Mit der Bundesdruckerei hat sign einen vertrauenswürdigen und zuverlässigen Partner gefunden, was nicht nur bei mir als Administrator gut ankommt sondern auch bei meinen Kunden, denen ich Verträge schicke. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich d.velops streben nach neuen Funktionen. Aktuell ist die Anwendung bei vielen Punkten noch "in den Kinderschuhen" - wobei "Teenieschuhe" sicherlich besser passen, denn die Grundfunktionen laufen wirklich problemlos. Viele Funktionen die mir als Kunde im Kopf herumschwirren befinden sich schon in Entwicklung, alle anderen werden sorgfältig notiert. Dieses Engagement ist sehr lobenswert Pros \- die persönliche Einführung und der enge Kontakt zu d.velop war und ist super! - d.velop sign ist sehr aufgeräumt und übersichtlich - dank der d.velop cloud lässt sich die sign-Lösung (teilweise auch erst in Zukunft) wunderbar in den Workflow integrieren - DSGVO-Konform - Vertrauenswürdigen Partner an der Hand (Bundesdruckerei) - die Unterschrifteneinrichtung hat besonders gut geklappt.
