Any questions are addressed quickly. Payments are well organized - an email notification is sent when the month is finalized, and all payments reach our account on time without any delays. We're very happy to be part of the Setupad network. If we are struggling with low cpm's or other important factors, they help us out. We are not a huge site, but we do not feel like we are left out or we are too small to be cared about. Pros First of all - the people. The product can be great, but Setupad is more than a tool for us as a publisher. They are a partner who does not only help us with generating more revenue, but also help with new ideas how to monetise our site better. They helped us with mapping the users using ad-block to make sure we know if it is a problem or not. We launched a new site and they helped us to make sure our ad placements are well positioned etc. Platform itself is simple to use, gives you good insights what's going on and also helps to identify problems. As we can only use one exclusive client from one specific industry, they helped us to block this industry from their networks so we can have a exclusive direct deal with one client. We have been working together for several years now and this year our account manager changed. The change was seamless and we as a client were not affected. Finally, we used Google Adsense before and they tripled the revenue in some months. They do well revenue wise as well. :) Cons It's not what I least like, but I hope that they will get more traffic from the local clients as they have a great future possibility to become the leading platform for advertisers as well. More local advertisers means more country specific ad spend which is better for us as publishers. In other seasons you might not have even much earnings. Cons This ad network is not recommended at all. It ads are hell slow and you have to figure out your own ways to improve the slow loading. Thi is pathetic. It akes a lot of time to put those codes in the website. As I was saying, the personalization, the service, having a team on the other side of the screen that you know is going to help you and listen to you, seems to me to be the +1 for any company. They are on the right track. Pros First of all, I could say the personalized service I am receiving. I think it is one of the most critical and relevant points in any technology and it is vital for us, since we can ask questions and discuss the projections we have in the company. Then, I could say the level of monetization capacity and technology they use to improve revenues; on our side we have seen an increase of no less than 10%, which makes us very happy and we want to expand the business relationship. Cons Not having all the products to monetize could be one of its weaknesses. I like to work with technology that has the largest 360 of products and today SETUP still cannot complete it.
