Pros

Instant Manager can deal with large amounts of data from different databases, as it can serve all company sizes. you can create forecasting and reports for all of your data on your online server.

Cons

Instant Manager has many limitations, it does not support Android or IOS, and Instant Manager does not provide an API feature. also, Instant Manager does not offer a wide range of support and features
