Pros Teste de perfil comportamental realizado para todos os candidatos. Cons sinto que faltam mais opções de filtro rápidos, possibilidade de incluir uma pessoa de uma vaga em outra sem que o próprio candidato tenha que fazer isso, e barrar candidaturas duplicadas, o candidato consegue fazer mais de um cadastro se usar e-mails diferentes, deveria ser feito esse controle por CPF, dessa forma não teria como a mesma pessoa ter 2 cadastros. O recurso de atualização dos status da vaga também são bem eficientes e consigo movimentar os candidatos na fase com facilidade. Cons Acredito que possam desenvolver melhor a visualização dos candidatos em modo "Lista", infelizmente neste formato ainda encontro muitos problemas, como a dificuldade em passar de um candidato para outro e realizar ações em massa. Também acredito que poderia ser aperfeiçoado a aba de "Filtros Avançados", os filtros são muito eficientes, mas também no permite a transição de um candidato filtrado para outro, portanto, precisamos ficar fechando e abrindo toda hora os cards.
