Pros Teste de perfil comportamental realizado para todos os candidatos. Cons sinto que faltam mais opções de filtro rápidos, possibilidade de incluir uma pessoa de uma vaga em outra sem que o próprio candidato tenha que fazer isso, e barrar candidaturas duplicadas, o candidato consegue fazer mais de um cadastro se usar e-mails diferentes, deveria ser feito esse controle por CPF, dessa forma não teria como a mesma pessoa ter 2 cadastros. Cons Gostaria de poder baixar em PDF a "o cadastro" que o candidato preencheu no Recrutei.O Quickin tem uma extensão para o Google Chrome que integra os currículos da Catho e do Linkedin de forma automática... sinto falta disso.
