Abler is a complete recruitment management software. With abler, HR can manage everything, from attracting candidates to hiring. The platform is the only ATS on the market with a hunting module and an integrated talent bank, with more than 5 million candidates registered. abler also has free integration with more than 35 job portals such as Catho and LinkedIn Job Slots. \- O software é intuitivo. - Os candidatos conseguem se candidatar às vagas com facilidade. - O suporte é muito rápido e atencioso. - É o melhor preço em comparação às outras plataformas

\- Em muitos estados, a distribuição das vagas não nos atende e precisamos divulgar por fora. - A triagem fica dificultada pois não conseguimos organizar as candidaturas por data (está com um bug). - Atualizações durante a semana em horário comercial atrapalham a nossa rotina. - Alguns candidatos relatam não conseguir completar o cadastro.

Temos vivido uma experiência muito gratificante com a Abler. A robustez, estabilidade e funcionalidade permitiram que nossa empresa se preocupasse na melhoria dos processos e relacionamento com os clientes.

Pros

A Abler une o que há mais moderno no mercado em recrutamento e seleção. O software permite todo gerenciamento do processo seletivo de ponta a ponta e ainda entrega indicadores de performance que nos ajuda a tomar decisões. A API que divulga as vagas nos portais resolve o processo de atração, tornando o processo simples, rápido e altamente eficaz.

Cons

Naturalmente, quando o banco de currículos se torna muito grande, garantia a atualização do currículo é um desafio. Mas em se tratando de Abler, acredito que em breve isso deva ser resolvido.

No geral atende, mas vejo muita oportunidade de parceria de portais de emprego locais em outros estados para enriquecer o banco de talentos e também melhoria no atendimento ao cliente (consultoria e sucesso do cliente).

Pros

Facilidade de publicar e gerir as vagas, possibilidade de realizar busca ativa no banco de candidatos.

Cons

Dificuldade para mudar pequenas coisas que não nos atendem no dia a dia (exemplo: perguntas de triagem com resposta obrigatória). Página de carreira muito crua, não acho atrativa.

no geral ele é fácil, intuitivo, bonito visualmente falando no que facilitada a agilidade no manuseio.

Pros

Ao ser contratado o sistema não tinha quase nada que ajudasse o setor de inclusão de pessoas com deficiência, até que rapidamente implementou facilidades para suprir nossas necessidades e até hoje procura se atualizar para incluir todas as nomenclaturas e facilidades.

Cons

tivemos um pouco de demora em algumas facilidades digamos primárias como incluir uma simples opção de reabilitados pelo INSS.
