We also heavily rely on the robust APIs to help automate our payables from our homegrown platform. Cons N/A, the team and I don't have any negative feedback. Corporate Accountant Financial Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Easy to use and inexpensive for those on a tight budget" May 8, 2024 5.0 Very enjoyable, I onboarded in 3 months with a few hiccups along the way but still met my goal of an Apr 1 fully onboard during my audit. Don't recommend that but I was determined to get off my old software. Routable has it's quirks, but they are easily worked around once you get used to them. Customer Service and the people assigned to onboard are very helpful. Pros Ease of transferring information from Routable to my Accounting Software Customer Service is prompt and very helpful, finding easy work arounds when possible. Cons Not able to approve Credit Memos in Routable - not a deal breaker for me as I have very few. Needing to pay more for transactions over $100.000.00. This also wasn't a deal breaker, I only have 1 of these every 2 weeks and we email that for approval rather than submit through Routable Reason for choosing Routable Didn't know about them. When Routable presented what they could do it was so much better than where I was that it was an easy decision, and the cost annually will be less than what we were paying. Win, Win Switched from [SAP Concur](https://www.capterra.com/p/380/Concur-Expense/) The link between Concur and our Accounting Software didn't work very well after they changed their Payment Vendor, and I was constantly having to upload Invoices and Payments manually. Their answer was to buy a connector from a different company which worked better than their native connector. When it broke, why weren't they able to fix it? It was very reliable before that. We have been particularly happy with their customer support and hope they continue to provide the service we have come to expect as they inevitably grow in the coming years. Pros Routable offered an easy way to tackle our most difficult payment challenge. We were able to bulk create player payments and deliver them electronically to a diverse group of recipients. The integration with our accounting system and the API access have also provided us with flexibility in our approach. Cons There are still improvements needed in reporting and some of the recent changes in the user interface have felt like a step backward. None of this has impacted the overall value of the product significantly but we hope for improvement in both areas. CEO Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Great accounting software that makes my life easier" April 29, 2024 5.0 As someone who dreads the AP process due to how much my company has grown, Routable has made my life so much easier. I can pay vendors worldwide without jumping through hoops knowing that the payments will arrive on time. Plus, the tax forms being handled for me is such a huge convenience. Routable cut down the time spent on AP significantly. What used to take me a few hours is now cut down to minutes knowing I can make lots of payments that are accurate and synced to QBO. Pros \-Invoices are automatically coded with OCR -Can pay international contractors without going through any hoops -Accounts payable is so much faster! -All contractor tax forms are handled automatically -Integrates with QuickBooks so I don't have to update it manually -Stellar support and implementation Cons \-Nothing much to complain about since Routable just works and makes my life easier Alternatives considered [BILL Accounts Payable & Receivable](https://www.capterra.com/p/166559/BILL/)[Tipalti](https://www.capterra.com/p/236980/Tipalti/) Reason for choosing Routable Chose Routable due to its ease of use, international payments features and friendly pricing. Sales and support were very helpful from start to finish. BILL was lacking when it came to support for a few countries I have contractors in while Tipalti's sales team was overly aggressive and kept trying to get me into a long-term contract. May 3, 2024 5.0 I have been using Routable for a year now, and it is the best (in my opinion) AP platform by far. I haven't used it for AR or other features, but excited for the end of year 1099 filing. Their added in tax information system, should make gathering W9s less manual than Bill.com, and it is WAY better than manually entering in bills. Highly recommend if you have Quickbooks get Routable. Pros I like that Routable saves me so much time when it comes to Accounts Payable. It takes a 12 step process down to 4 steps. It is wonderful! I no longer need to use multiple sites to simply enter a bill and then make the payment - Routable does it all for me! Cons I have a few user interface changes I wouldn't mind to tweak but thats about it. They are true collaborative partners. Pros Routable has very high touch account management and customer service. They are true partners that are willing to roll their sleeves up and help customers solve problems urgently -- notably during tax season! They also ship new, helpful product features quickly and try to prioritize the needs of their customers. Cons Nothing explicitly bad - some of their products are not perfectly geared towards our use case (paying 1099 vendors); however, they always have creative workarounds or are actively developing product solutions to address this.
