Director Insurance, 51-200 employees Used the software for: Less than 6 months ** Overall Rating 1.0 ** Ease of Use 1.0 Customer Service 1.0 Features 1.0 Value for Money 1.0 Reviewer Source Source: SoftwareAdvice February 23, 2026 "DO NOT USE BLUEINK" **Overall:** After sale CS and onboarding is terrible. They take forever to get back to you with fixes and when they notify that the issue is resolved - it's not. The fix is worse than the original issue. Example: Selfie now does not allow for a selfie but must upload a document. UGH!! **Pros:** Nothing yet. The upload of a document to turn in to a pdf is straight forward enough but the tab feature does not work correctly. It's all over the place and causes confusion. **Cons:** Doesn't work as presented and when developers get involve to "fix" an issue - it's worse! So done waiting for them to fix the tab feature, the selfie feature and the pdf link feature. **Switched From:** [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/) **Reasons for Switching to BlueInk:** though this had more capabilities but we are now seeking a new vendor as BlueInk is TERRIBLE AND WE HATE IT!
